Scam!! Alert!! Stay away… Took more than 3 months to arrive a sofa. Hidden delivery charges not mentioned during sell. Threatened a few times to lose deposit. Plush rubbish poor quality – I thought when buying a plush lounge suite we were getting a quality piece of furniture. The leather has worn in a very short time under two years old. Plush warranty states 10years but they have a fair wear a tear clause which gets them out of honouring the warranty. Very disappointed and plush’s williness to help. We purchased the Adelphi Modular we fell in love with it in the store and found it extremely comfy. We only wish that there was a separate piece (Armless 1.5 seater) single piece that we could purchase to make the size of the couch absolutely perfect for our space! We are hoping that in the future plush will introduce this to the Adelphi collection as I believe a lot more people would purchase it like ourselves with the assurance that they can get their custom couch the exact size they need with that extra piece! Food for though plush!

We haven’t received our couch yet as it is being made but are super excited and cannot wait for it to come in and we can set it up in our new house!

Sandra had such a friendly bubbly nature that made it so easy to communicate with her. We were chatting like we were friends for ages!

We loved our experience with plush and will definitely be back for more!

our colour swatches for our recliners, making it very difficult to choose the correct colour while the mid year sale was on. Chelsea kindly let us take home some showroom swatches for a couple of hours. We ended up changing the color on our order due to this rush in trying to choose the correct colour before the sale ended. We had also been very happy to find out that we were able to buy an Ottaman in the same leather to match our Melbourne sofas which we had bought from Plush quite a few years before. We ordered this at the same time as placing our original order for our recliners. Unfortunately we were told much later that office staff had forgotten to add this order to our recliner order when they changed the colour - and that the leather was no longer available. We ordered a color that was similar - but although the Ottaman is very comfortable - you can notice the difference in colour and texture. We hope that Plush can learn from our experience - so that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Once we had wandered around the store and tried most of the couches, Chelsea approached us again and asked us how we were doing. Well, the kids wanted the electric recliners, with the USB port, my wife wanted a low back and I wanted a high back. But we could not find the one couch that met all our needs.

Chelsea made a few suggestions and we continued to try out the couches. Chelsea took us to a suite that I initially did not like and she took us through all of the features. It had the electric recliners with USB port and the back could be adjusted up or down depending on what you preferred. I could not believe that Chelsea had been able to find the perfect couch that met all of our needs.

And now that it has been delivered and set up in our TV room, we are absolutely delighted. The kids love using the buttons to recline whilst charging their game-controllers with the USB port. My wife is relishing that her head is not being pushed forward thanks to the low back and I'm feeling well supported with the back lifted up.

If you need great advice and someone to find the perfect couch for your family, go to the Dandenong store and ask for Chelsea!

False advertising – Buyer Beware Be 100% sure you pick the right sofa, because they have a 72 hour cooling off period, and allow 5 to 10 business days for your deposit to be returned, but this is crap as I’m still waiting for my money back 3 weeks later. Still waiting on the refund of $2300. Get your crap together Plush. After this experience I will never purchase a plush sofa. Show details

Leather quality is sub standard - did not last 2 years – We purchased 2 couches from Plush Dandenong Store in late 2017 and 2 years on the leather is fading on one of the couches, we contact plush almost 6 months ago, someone came out to inspect, he told us that the leather that plush uses is sub standard and not designed to last. the fading is wear and tear. Our previous couch was a Moran and it lasted 20 years, in actual fact we still have today and it looks better than this made in china garbage. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Finally we got the perfect lounge suit – After we order a leather lounge from Plush, we had to send it back, due to we were not happy who the leather was pooling. Plush gave us Change of Heart exchange. Corey was the Plush technicine that suggested that we order a Melbourne lounge in a new fabric, Vogue MACROSOFT. We waited 11 weeks for delivery. Dandenong South Store – We went to many furniture stores but should’ve gone to Plush first where we found the perfect couch suited for us thanks to the service from Gaynor who knew exactly what we were after.
