try, I managed to check out the order using my credit card, but I only received the filter shell and no glass media. I have followed up on the matter with the sales team at least 5 times, and every time I was told that they will ship directly by the supplier and should arrive tomorrow. It has been 10 days now. I have already filled the pool, and the water quality is declining without any filtration, which is likely to cause me to empty and refill it eventually. Frustration is that I have never been told what is the ETA for the media glass, and that they are going to be delivered separately to the filter, and on top of that no responsible response from the sales team. Will never again buy from them online.

Its a savior - great job and time saver – I have put up with a Kreepy for many years continually replacing parts. As well as I get older (73) the use of a vacuum system connected to skimmer box was just TOO hard. cleaner twice in a 60,00 pool, and it WORKS A TREAT - way cleaner than a vacuum system. Removal from pool by the included hook makes it easy to remove from pool for emptying/cleaning basket and filter - and the time saving is great, walk away and come back 3 hours later - enough time for a cuppa and an afternoon nap.....ha- Now for the points that need improving: 1. Instructions say the hook fits all standard poles - not really - the insertion tongue needs to be longer. 2. The sprung white clip with side pins, to clip on the poles, needs to have longer side pins - they only just mesh with the latch holes in the pole, and quite often need to be jiggled to allow cleaner pickup Now for the nice thing to have: Supply (as an option) a short dedicated pole with a D type (shovel) handle so that retrieval can be one handed. My personal recommendation if you have steps, brush first - the rest is all great stuff

It was more than I wanted to pay for a cleaner however I was sick of my Baracuta Zodiac T3 as it was costing me a fortune to keep replacing the bladders, 10 to date at around $35 each. I emailed 5 days later as I hadn't received a dispatch notification and was told they were behind and it would be 4-5 days. Bought a bull shark pool vacuum from the online store . The manual states that in the box is 10 hose lengths , there should be one light blue one and that is the leader hose however I received 2 dark ones and the rest are light . to add weights , which I had already done. The next response was that I should have 9 dark coloured hoses and a light one and can they have photos of the skimmer box…??? It’s been a week of ridiculous back n forth emails . They sent the wrong attachments and are now refusing to take responsibility .

When I have questioned this I have been told it is because of lots of orders during a sale, but I don't believe this caveat is detailed anywhere on the website. 2. it can be hard to reach a human to ask a question. Phones can go unanswered and there was (?is) no voicemail system, and I've emailed and had to chase for a response. In other words, prepare to be persistent if you need to speak with a staff member for whatever reason. As I said, I am sure I will buy again, but I now approach any purchase with these points in mind.

I have always had Zodiac Salt Water Chlorinators and other Zodiac products as they are outstanding quality and a great price. They do their jobs well and require very little maintenance.
