Recently Pricise plumbing put in a new so called condensation pump for my Air conditioner, Precise reduced the price and came across as trust worthy . Honest plumbers who no what there doing – After having 3 plumbers coming out to see why my water was going hot and cold the 3rd one told me to remove washer in taps. Great Job – This was an all day job replacing an in roof hot water system in a 2 storey townhouse with an outside system on the ground with some difficult aspects. The plumbers arrived at 830 am and installed the system. Latter in the day their electricians arrived to finish the electrical part. Significant plumbing issue - SORTED – We had a significant plumbing issue i.e. all our sinks and toilets were blocked or wouldn't flush which of course all kicked off later in the evening. at the issue between 10-1pm with ZERO call out fee. So I locked it in! Alex rang at 8.45am to say he was available to come round at 9.30am. Awesome. He arrived well presented and on the dot.

We went through the issues and he said 1st thing we need to do is check your sewer inspection point to make sure there isn't a block. I had no idea where it was but Alex did as he'd already done a check on my property and knew exactly where to go. Sure enough the inspection sewer was blocked. He then checked the main sewer line which was also blocked. He advised that this was an SA Water issue and they would need to fix the block within 12 hours. What do I need to do next? Nothing as Alex called SA Water and completed the required paperwork for me to get the whole thing rolling. He also provided a detailed quote to check my plumbing should there be any further issues but he advised that things usually correct themselves once SA Water fix the blocked main sewer line.

Everything got sorted that day and Alex sent a sms to check that everything was OK as SA Water had closed the job.

Outstanding service from start to finish especially as they didn't really need them to fix anything. I won't hesitate in using Precise Plumbing and Electrical should I need them in the future!

Fair and Efficient – Had a plumbing issue, they quoted half of what others quoted and refunded previous work they had done as it hadn't fixed the issue (not their fault). The plumber was really understanding and professional and they had the whole job done in a couple of days. Since then, no issues. Highly recommend them

Excellence – We have had a complete En-Suite and partial Laundry upgrade. Steve and his Team were highly professional in the approach taken and we could not be happier with the quality of the work done. We were kept informed step by step and although the job took longer than originally contracted it was circumstances beyond Precise's control that caused the delays.

Very efficient and professional – Came out to fix our problem fast. Replaced our broken hot water system that day as it was the beginning of a long weekend and they knew it was urgent and got the job done promptly without any problems or inconvenience. Bad water hammer problem after new hot water system installed – In 2015 we bought a house and soon after hot water system stop working. Contacted Precise Pluming & Electrical (PPE) and a consultant told us that our replacement options are new solar/heatpump or same type gravity hot water systems. water to be warm. Plus each time toilet flashes or mixer closed we had a noisy water hammer. Complained to PPE and plumber come to the house to check. Plumber said that we have very high cold water pressure in the house which is a reason for water hammer and inability to get water warm. He also, said that we should went for electrical hot water system instead of gravity one, and now we need to install inline pump to address low hot water pressure. Our argument were that before we did not have water hammer or mixing issue. None of argument worked with PPE. End up installing inline pump at an additional cost. PPS rejected to address water hammer as we cannot prove it their fault. Now every time we used toilet or mixer tap and hearing loud bang swear at ourselves for selectin PPS. Just posted this review due to last month received a letter from them with offer to service our water system. Certainly ignored it, but received follow up call from the office as well. Very bad business practices and incompetent advice haunting us every time we use the water in the house.

Found and fixed a gremlin – Clayton was on time and fixed the problem cleaned up and explained his bill very good service today
