Very different from some brokers that are more old school and prefer you to print and fill out the forms and scan it back in, meeting in person etc. Nearing my settlement in July 2020, once he had done the valuation of my property he was able to manage my expectations on how Covid will affect my loan and we worked out our number to loan from the bank.
