Hi, We have lost the tank cap from our SC388L and understand that spare parts are not available. Is there any other tank cap we can use?
I have misplaced the small connector that goes on the end of the trigger gun to attach the various attachments. Would the similar part from another model fit? What is the part number or name? This might help with online searches.

I understand the oullman 388l been discontinued but regardless many are asking how to use it there has to be a manual or video somewhere to help us operate this Just stating sorry not good enough

How much water do you put in then tank

I bought a Pullman Steam-works SC388L 2nd hand & took it to Godfreys for a service. I used it twice (worked well), 3rd time I filled it with boiling h2o & left it on for 2 hours without using it. When I went back to it, power was off, lights were off & I didn't start. So I emptied completely, I let it cool down (overnight), refilled with warm h2o & still doesn't work. Does this sound like a flooded motor? By the way i checked all power sources etc, it’s the actual unit that isn’t operating. Have I killed the machine?

It’s too expensive to have it looked at @ Godfreys so I just bought another unit almost brand new off scumtree for $20 & this works fine.

Oh no... my adaptor completely snapped today inside the other part, during use.. otherwise it is a great machine. What a nightmare that there are no spares available.

I have my father's steam cleaner without the instruction booklet so flying blind! The steam is coming out of the safety valve (sounding like a pressure cooker) pressing trigger on handle but no steam coming out any ideas please? v Thanks
