Track pants are poorly cut in that the back is not generous . Back slides down when you bend while the waist, the legs and the front are all loose and comfortable so the sizing is correct. Nothing like previous puma track pants. Wouldn't buy them again. Show details
Follow-up · Didn't bother to try a different size as cut would be the same and the pants would have been too big. Also the material is not warm. Hardly ever worn. Looking for a better brand. One good thing is the zip pocket which is why they were bought originally.
After just one wear, the black soles started to wear off to white. Puma acknowledged the fault but required me to cut out the tongues and provide photo evidence before issuing a refund. What makes this even worse is that my payment has not been refunded, despite Puma being the one to cancel the order. It is incredibly frustrating to see a brand as big as Puma handle online orders so poorly, with no accountability for misleading stock availability and failing to issue refunds in a timely manner.
Main Issues:
❌ Misleading stock information – Item showed as available when I ordered, yet my order was cancelled due to “out of stock.” ❌ No proper communication – I was not informed before the cancellation, nor was I given any other options. ❌ Refund delay – My money is still not returned, even though the cancellation was Puma’s decision.
I reached out to customer service but have yet to receive a satisfactory response. This is absolutely unacceptable for a brand of this size. A simple refund is not enough—I expect Puma to honor my purchase and fulfill my order as promised.
Would not recommend purchasing from Puma online unless you want to risk losing your money and dealing with terrible customer service.

Despite agreeing, they refused to approve discount. They did however retrospectively add a disclaimer on their product page to exclude them as a result of my complaint. What's the point of the discount if you can't even use it on a full priced item?

Of course the cherry on top is despite how nice they look and buying the right size, the new Puma Roma Revival 68 shoes are so uncomfortable.
Sorry Puma, I wanted to like you as a brand but now I'll never buy anything ever again out of principle.
Whoever is running the ecommerce for Puma really needs to learn from other brands also.

I got an awesome deal – Read the reviews after I had bought, they had a holiday special 40% off at checkout, some items were already 40% off, got a fair amount of stuff for the price of a pair of Nike's. Picked up some kicks on sale & I'm happy with them – I was being thrifty and shopping in the sale section because the full-price shoes were expensive IMO... that my order had arrived. I picked up the box from the collection point and went home to unpack.
They sent me someone else’s order. A similar amount of items but not a single item was one I ordered. I immediately contacted customer support and was soon in a “chat” with “[Name Removed]”.
Before long I was asked to provide images of the items in the box I received, and did so.
The next thing I knew I got some auto generated message telling me to return the items and a return label was attached. I was then told I could return the site and AGAIN purchase the items I had already ordered and paid for weeks earlier. Also stating that some items might not be available or at the same price I purchased them at.
Not once was there an offer to refund or complete and resend the failed order.
I was stunned at the lack of any care or attention to fulfilling the original order. Just a dismissive , “Sorry for your inconvenience”.
The chat ended by “[Name Removed]” while I was still asking questions.
Disgraceful customer service.
DO NOT BUY PRODUCT FORM PUMA ONLINE – DO NOT BUY FROM PUMA AUSTRALIA ONLINE. They do not deliver. They will claim the order is shipped when in fact it isn't. When you try to get customer service, you'll get a chat agent who is unhelpful. Do not try calling, you'll get a message saying "your call can't be answered". No tracking information will be provided. They take your money and then don't deliver the product.

Clearly, they are unable to keep track of live stock inventory on their website to prevent this or something else is happening that is causing this. Whatever, the case the customer service is terrible and I've learnt a valuable lesson and will not shop with them in the future. 10 mins of the sale starting for a number of items for family young and old. Today the 17th, i received an email saying 6 of the items had been oversold and they were refunding the items. About 2 hours later i received a second email saying that 2 of the remaining items were now also sold out and they were refunding these too. Over 80% of my order was cancelled. I can understand the items being sold out but having ordered within 10 mins of the start of the sale, and now over 7 days later finding out that the items are sold out. I struggle to understand how it took 7 days to work out there stock holdings. All i can imagine is that either they have a bad stock taking system or by the time they got round to my order a large number of items had been sold and sent onto other people. All i can say is that when you shop at Puma online, expect to receive late notifications of stock sold out or orders cancelled or worse still lost items in the post. If you want a Puma item i'd recommend another shop to purchase it from because Puma Australia are terrible to deal with when you have to speak to their customer service team.

Waterproof ? No way ! – A supposed Golf Shoe that is water-resistant that actually soaks your sock when you only walk on dew or frost. over 30 min, asked for na update and they come back "sorry we're just waiting for IT help". Meanwhile IT are busy removing the details (that I had screenshotted), then help comes back and says sorry can't help you. WTH. So after I said how dodgy this all was, they said "give us your email we will send you a 20% off code you should have it in a few minutes". Ok, did that, but surprise surprise, no code. After an hour i went back onto the chat and the person ends up giving me a code straightaway. Went ahead and placed the order. So now it's five days later and they haven't even shipped the item. Customer service non existent – Bought a set of golf shoes online. Lasted two games before lace eyelet tore through. Rubbish quality. Requested an exchange on three seperate occasions all with absolutely no help from puma. Avoid and buy another brand.

after emailing through screen shots of tej available products, they're about as helpful as chefs that struggle to butter bread. Would strongly advise about thinking twice before ordering anything you are relying on!
Two hats arrived, 3 weeks after purchase, Roughly a day or so before the refund.
During the transit period when logging onto to puma it showed order in transit, never mentioned that 90% of it was going to be cancelled, an email was sent 13 days after ordering stating; Unfortunately, due to unpresendented order volumes, our warehouse is experiencing a delay in getting orders on the road. We ask that you allow up to 11 working days for us to get your order on its way to you at this time.
Our Customer Service Team is also experiencing a high volume of calls and emails, so if your order was placed less than 11 days we ask that you don't get in contact with us just yet, you'll recieve an update once your order leaves our warehouse.

This is by far my worst experience, but previously I had made an order which arrived missing one pair before days later receiving a cancellation email & refund.
