I have used Pushys a lot over the last few years. Nothing but a pleasure to deal with always at the best prices. I have had a few warranty claims and they have always sorted it out quickly.
Exar Magene TPU 700c tubes. Valve stem separated from the tube only days after installing them into brand new 46mm Reynolds race Wheels at 80 psi in 28mm Schwalbe One Pro’s. Luckily the front wheel deflated on a flat section of road and not downhill at 60kmh 30 min earlier. I won’t be buying these ever again. Too risky. They took weeks to arrive as well. Quite unusual as Pushys serice is often very speedy.

First and last purchase, avoid at all costs – I purchased a saddle and received the wrong saddle. It took over a month to get things sorted out. They even had the nerve to partially deduct my $10 first purchase credit from my refund! I had the identical experience at Bikebug, which I now know is the same company.

one of them). I emailed them and asked them to cancel one of the kits and refund the difference back to me. After a few days, I had received no reply, so I repeated the email. I got a reply to say, "Too late, its already in the hands of the courier", that was received early in the morning. In the afternoon, on the same day, I received an automated email from Aus Post, saying an order had been created with me as recipient. Those automated emails are generated automatically at the time of creating the order. So, basically, they lied!!. I've decided to keep the extra maintenance kit, because I would have to pay postage back to Pushys and its not worth it, and they're obviously desperate enough for the money to a) lie to a customer instead of refunding and b) State something is in stock, when it wasn't.
I could have ordered the kits off of Amazon and only paid $10 more. I'll be doing that in future. They say buy local and support Aussie businesses, why? When they don't understand customer service, I vote with my feet. Read other review and you'll see that they're just not worth taking the risk on dealing with, spend your money elsewhere.
In short, could have gotten the kits quicker from Amazon, even though they were coming from overseas, Pushy's took over 2 weeks and weren't honest. Christmas is coming, think VERY HARD about where you want to spend your money.

I contacted Pushys and their customer service team were most apologetic, and they sorted out the problem in a friendly and efficient manner.
In my humble opinion, it’s easy to be perceived as a good business when every aspect of the sales process goes smoothly, but the way a business conducts itself when there’s a problem is a true test of its customer service.

Excellent online shop for all things cycling – I've purchased many thousand of dollars of stuff through Pushys, including the majority of parts for a few complete mountain bikes. To Edward below, you try to buy a sale item HEAVILY discounted, but it's gone (probably someone was checking out while you were and beat you to it) - and Pushys don't want to take the hit for TWO AND HALF times what you were actually paying to still give you a similar jersey, so they refund you - and that's worth a 1/5 - absolute minimum score? You get every cent back and that's the worse possible outcome??? You must be joking. If they had to honour that how you wanted the result would be never seeing such discounts.

I have never had anything but exceptional service from Pushys, from ordering to fast delivery. On the few occasions I had had a problem the staff have been helpful and gone “above and beyond” to resolve my issue. Even when they had no obligation to do so.
Super fast delivery and packing – Ordered a very expensive helmet and 4 sets of brake pads the day before Christmas Eve with the 15$ express shipping and came from the Brisbane shop all the way to lower Victoria to be delivered by the next day, 10/10 effort, fastest anything has ever been delivered let alone the day before Christmas

Poor customer service – Customer service is very poor. Bought a pair of pants that tore on the first ride without even falling off the bike. After limited responses from them was told I could buy another pair with 30 per cent off!! At over $200 for the pants they tell me this is their good will offer. Dishonest and disrespectful treatment of customers – If you need to discuss your order, you CANNOT reach this company by email, their own website message service, or by phone. They will "ship" your order even if you immediately try to reach them to ask them not to ship -- then they tell you to return it -- so they can charge you a "restocking fee" plus return shipping to Queensland.

Think before you buy! – Either a horrible person or an imbecile sent my new wheel to me in a flimsy box with two pieces of scrunched up brown paper to protect it during transit ! After taking it out of the box it was a miracle that it was still intact, however there was a big chip out of the paint on the hub and when I span the wheel it barely moved and was obviously defective! Nasty and expensive experience.
