Horrendous Organisation – Deplorable Service, Don’t do the work in the quoted services. Argumentative and unreasonable. Didn’t clean the carpets, inside windows, kitchen. Left it in a worse state than what it originally was. Avoid at all cost, worst company I’ve ever dealt.

Terrible unprofessional service – Very disappointed by this service. Not only rude and unproffesional but did a terrible job for an end of lease clean. If I could give negative stars I would. I hope more people report this company to the ACCC for dodgy business practices. Don't be fooled by the few positive reviews as they are all clearly fake.

Ripped off – Was quoted one price over the phone which was doubled when the cleaner arrived. Wouldn't recommend for end of lease clean . Also couldn't provide receipt to show my real estate agent. Was made to feel very uncomfortable by sexist joke the cleaner made.

Terrible service. Bond back guarantee is not true – Very disappointed with this service. The cleaning was not done properly at all. My real estate agent advised the carpet was not steam cleaned and they refused to go back and clean it. The bond back guarantee is a complete lie and it has been terrible to deal with this company.

When the agent notified me that they were sending in another cleaner because of unsatisfactory results, the "admin" person immediately said the cleaner responsible would get in touch with me. Then... nothing. It took another email 12 days later to get another response. By that time, I was charged an additional cleaning fee by my agent. Then Quality Cleaning Service Melbourne gave some pathetic excuse about them not being responsible for the "additional" services. Huh? To placate me, they offered me a $30 refund which I asked them to keep. I would much rather share my disappointing experience on this platform so that other people would not suffer the same.

Very disappointed with this cleaning service – Just now, I found an invoice with Quality Cleaning Service Melbourne by accident. I used this service a couple years ago. provide car parking facilities or otherwise he "would not be able to do the job" (odd, given there was amble street parking). He also had trouble using Google maps for some reason and required me to get in his car to show him how to get to our apartment carpark. Annoying, but I let this slide.

Following the clean, the property was handed back to the agent and a few days later I received an email outlining a number of cleaning problems. A hard chemical had been used on the stainless steel shower screen and kitchen rangehood, leaving cloudy marks and clear scabby chemical build up. Equally, door frames were dirty, cobwebs were still present and areas around power points were grubby. Lint was also not cleaned off laundry skirting boards and had not been dusted. Exhaust fans were also not clean.

While I purchased the 'basic' end of lease package from Quality Cleaning, the issues I have outlined above are allegedly included in the service (they were all in the invoice).

I emailed quality cleaning and 12hrs later received an email that 'handballed' responsibility to the cleaner himself and threw him under the bus. No hint of an apology. Took another 24hrs to be contacted by the cleaner, who also offered no apology. Due to this poor and slow communication, let alone poor initial clean, I opted to rectify these issues myself; as it was clear that it was going to be too hard to arrange a 'fix up' clean within a reasonable timeframe for the agent.

I would not recommend quality cleaning. Had their communication been far more open and consultative, let alone their actual cleaning service been better, I would not have felt compelled to spend time writing a negative review. $230 for an end of lease clean is an acceptable price. But given I had to fix the cleaners mistakes myself, it's a ripoff.

took two hours and met the satisfaction of the rental property manager - you do the maths here... RIP. OFF. Finally, they refused to remove the vacuuming from the initial quote, meaning that I paid full price.... I would highly recommend doing research here and taking your business elsewhere.

I discussed with the cleaner to clean the entire apartment including the walls and was given a fixed price. At the end of the clean I was told that if any areas required additional cleaning from the real estate agent they would return free of charge.

When I contacted the company the cleaner emailed me and said the wall cleaning was not included, this is not what we agreed on prior to the cleaning commencing.

As we exchanged emails the cleaner became aggressive and continued to state only the hallway walls were included which doesn’t make sense as why would I only ask for the hallway walls to be cleaned and not the rest of the apartment?

Would not use this company again for cleaning much better service providers who are professional.

come back the next day (cutting it really fine with the power). We went to inspect what he did and the guy left a cigarette butt outside. There were mop marks on tiles. Shower and oven cleaned very poorly. Carpets didn't seem vacuumed. Barely did 1/4 of what was on their move-out package. Cobwebs still there. I paid and then had to hassle them for a receipt when I didn't receive it after 24 hours. In fact I had to stress and hassle them multiple times throughout this process.

I booked a company because we are busy and didn't want to have to clean ourselves, which we ended up having to do anyway. This company knows how to ensure they don't get recurring customers. Can't believe I didn't read the reviews beforehand! The 5 star ones are definitely fakes as they all use the same kind of language. Will not recommend to anyone. Save your money or go with someone else!

heard this. I told him I will do the rest, just steam clean the carpet for me then, he was not happy with my decision and decide to cancel the whole job and walked off on me. I called the company and said he can not continue to change price on me and when he doesn’t get what he what he just walks out. The company demanded for him to come back and complete the job. The whole carpet steam clean took like 15mins, there was mud stain left by the removalist that I could clean off by a cloth but he didn’t clean it out during the process. The carpet was also soaking wet, felt like he just spray water over the carpet. He also demanded payment before leaving, very rude and unprofessional!

I have been left with no cleaners and my letting agents are now having to arrange this as I am leaving Melbourne today. The apartment had already been cleaned and steam cleaning was the last thing that needed to be done; but he dumped his equipment all through the kitchen, spilt water all over the floor and was so rough cleaning the carpet he marked the walls (which I was unable to fix as I couldn't walk on the wet carpet). He was done in less than 15 mins and rudely demanded that I pay him before he leave. I'm 5 months pregnant and had not only spent 50 mins waiting around past my appointment time without so much as a chair to sit on, but also had to stay for half an hour after his visit to mop up all the water and mess he'd left all over the kitchen floor. I called head office to make a complaint and was simply told "I'll talk to him." No apology, no offer of a refund/discount. Nothing. Incredibly unprofessional, avoid at all costs.

Quality job, no fuss, bond back within a few days – Very happy with Mit’s service. Even though there was a double booking situation, I did not have to pay any extra and the issue was quickly resolved. userd only paper towls brushing dust from"forgotten" window sills and skirting. I did a far better job myself and I am no professional cleaner. When mention I felt cheated as paid for a professional service but got less then amateur, manager told me this cannot be as they went back, and of course no vacuum or offer to vacuum after brushing dust onto "clean carpets" and no refunds. bugs etc. stairs had foot prints on them. Skirtings hadn’t been vacuumed. The list goes on. Called and emailed but received no answer until two days later after I had already been forced to clean the property myself. No refund (paid $600), no apology. Terrible service!
