I have had 2 of these mops i do not want a third one, am I entitled to a refund. Jill Bremner
Not unless the unit is faulty. We have no problem with ours, 2 years old now and used 3 or 4 times a week.
How to remove handle for packing
Mine makes a very loud noise when I use it as if the pads are stuck and only one pad turns. Is there a way to fix this
Ours hums along but I wouldn't describe it as noisy. Are the pads clipped in properly? Are you using it on a suitable hard floor? Sorry, that's all I can offer.
Can I use this mop on stone flooring ie travertine
My mop just suddenly stopped working on the rinse and dry cycle. Still works to mop. Would appreciate any feedback.
Do you use warm water or cold water to clean your pads
Hot tap water to wash. Fresh hot water to rinse. Haven't found the need to use the washing machine.
How long does it take to charge the battery after it runs flat
Is there a secret to filling up with water to use the spray function? For the life of me, I have massive issues with this but otherwise, the perfect mop!!
Isn't it just through the red plug on the top. TBH I haven't ever used it. I just like that you can rinse clean and dry the mop.
Used quattro mop on laminate floors. Today noticeable swirl marks. Am I using too much water. Also mop heads very wet after washing. Am I using it incorrectly
When you say mop heads wet after washing are you referring to the mop head cleaning function? If so it’s possible you’re only doing the cleaning part of the cycle and missing the drying part. Also the water level in the bucket could be too high.
This is a useful guide. It’s the same mop just it’s rebranded in Australia.

Used quattro mop 1st time yesterday on shiny laminate floors. Today I see swirl marks on floor. Have I used too much water. Also pads still very wet after cleaning. Disappointed after 1st use.
I had my Quattro mop for 12 months when it stopped working and just made a high pitch noise when I tried to turn on . I love the concept or it but would like to know why it failed before getting another one.
I've had mine for 18 months and now it won't work. When I tilt the handle to mop it doesn't work and a little ringing noise comes out of the unit. Anybody have any clues on how to fix this?? thanks Amanda
I have the same problem after 12 months and would like to know how to fix also.
Mine has only lasted 18 months as well. Won't charge grrrr
I can't find anywhere to get replacement pads. Has anyone found where/if you can buy them? I understand they are self cleaning but they won't last forever. I don't want to invest in a product that I can't replace the pads for.
If your in Australia then I got my replacement ones from carpet call they ordered them in for me .
Order pads for the Reecoo electric mop. It’s the mop that the Quattro is a Aussie rebrand of.
Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement charger?
If I’m Australia give Carpet call a call ! They sell it
How do you dry the pads after cleaning. How long do the pads last and when do you know when it is time to replace them. Do you just use water in the tank or include floor cleaning fluid or vinegar Thanks Jenny
The pads are self drying between washing. Its not like other floor washers where the pads stay fully laden with water. It has a washing and drying cycle as you wash floors. I put full hot water and floor washing detergent in bucket. I don't think you have grasped how this floor washer works. It is self cleaning. Best floor washer ever. Same cleaning and drying as mop and bucket just none of the back breaking work. It cleans with swirling pads then washes pads and dries them. Same as an $800 karcher
Thanks I get it is self cleaning but after a very short cleaning cycle I thought that process also dried them so yes I am confused. So what you are saying is after the self cleaning I remove the mop from the bucket and the pads just dry naturally?? I thought it was a cleaning / drying process so was wondering if my unit may be faulty. The whole cleaning process was less than 1 minute. Agreed it is a great mopping system. Thank you Jenny
I have the same question as you and would love to know the answer Anne
Does the Quattro sweep and clean in one operation or should we sweep before using the Quattro?
Sweep first or vacumn with a robot vac like I do
Can this mop be used on laminate floors?
I can’t see why not . Spray the disinfectant before you mop over the area that way you can control the amount the spin mop will clean and wipe over
Why wouldn't you put the disinfectant in the mop reservoir?
No reason. I put detergent in the mop bucket. Don't know that others answering actually have the Australian carpet court brand quattro self cleaning mop that I think is being referred to here.
When the Quattro sits on the cleaning rollers are the rollers supposed to squeeze the water out
