Terrible customer Service from Bank – I made query to switch my home loans over & register interest to talk to home loan specialist, but got no call back. I submitted a home application & than got contacted my online loan team. Only contact via email with no dedicated contact or name of contact. Terrible service, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Disappointed as an existing customer – As existing customers were found the process frustrating as we were dealt with outside of normal business hours in favour of new clients. Further, our dealings lacked transparency as we were notified after we had signed all of our documentation that our product had changed. The interest rate is very competitive and we have signed a 3 year fixed mortgage so we will not be going anywhere for a while, but if we could break and leave for free, we would. Finally, the contract we signed has a date of first repayment, however we were made to make this first repayment one month earlier, which I still find confusing.

Great products, more comms – Home loan rate is great! No issues with the loan. CX was good for the most part prompt replies except for when someone else took over my loan i wasn't contacted at all for who I needed to send documents to. Show details

Easy straightforward loans – I recently refinanced my mortgage with QCB, moving from a fixed rate to variable and extending the loan to cover some home renovations. I was able to complete it all online via a secure portal, including submitting supporting documents and responding to follow-up questions from the credit assessors. Home Loan review – QCB customer service during our loan process was excellent, and we were updated regularly until our loan was approved. We did not account for Stamp Duty, and this was a learning experience for us, thankful we had some extra savings to get us over the line on settlement day.
