Ease of access online

I have been a member of the Credit Union that has now merged with the Qld Country Bank for some 50+ years.
Since my retirement I love the ability to the online access to general payments, transfers etc

I have been a member of Credit Union that has merged with the Qld Country Bank for 46 years.
It is a very reliable bank.
Excellent customer service since the day I joined it.

I could not be more impressed with the service.

This was my first time applying for a product with this bank. We applied for a product online, and was met with some of the best customers service i have encountered. They were fast, prompt, and efficient, whilst being professional and friendly.

I have been with QCB for 2 years.
They have been more that helpful with everything I require.
QCB have been prompt with details and approvals in all of my endeavours.
They are now my personal and business bank.

We have moved to Brisbane 25 year ago. we have been very happy to keep up out account with the QC B.

Been with the QCCU about 18 months, have found the service very reliable. I found the customer service and the manner of the staff very pleasant. The security is very good to with occassional phone calls advising of transactions out of the ordinary

Your on-line banking is so useful.

We have been with your bank for over twenty years and always been very happy with it. I mostly use on-line now but, I have always found the staff to be both kind and very helpful.
I would recommend it to anyone.

Certainly could not live without it

Have been with QCCU since the very beginning since moving to Weipa. This small town certainly could not exist without this bank that saved its life. The bank is just the best, we have never ever had one complaint, staff and cuts homer service personal and second to no other bank in our experience.

Just so easy .

20 Plus years. We have found the credit union very compassionate when times are hard even during the COVID19 for this year, It was just a simply phone call to check that we where OK financially and something that makes you a where they are their for us. Customer service is always a very high standard thankyou to all the customer service ladies and gentlemen you do your bank proud.

The internet interface and the apps are smooth and intuitive to use.
Apple Pay on my account works as I expected.
The couple of times I have needed to ring for service, the staff are smart, attentive and compassionate. They are very professional.
Statements and notifications are excellent.
Pay ID works well.
All round this account is as good as it gets. I have accounts at two of the major banks, Qld Country leads the pack with ease of use.

We my wife & I have held separate & joint accounts with our local branch (BOWEN)
for about 4 years, never had any problems,
Staff have always been happy smiling peoples, backed up by their ever efficient
manager, but we all know that the manager
is only as good as his colleagues.

Online banking I would find it hard to live without makes banking so easy

I have been with QCB for so long I cannot remember I have never had a problem and any questions I have the very helpful friendly staff have help me out. It always nice to go into my local branch’s always greeted by name and a friendly smile.

22 year clients. Very reliable. Always great . We always talk to our branch, Picnic Bay, where we always get great quick service. And lovely speaking to a human who knows their job.
