His communication was consistent and clear, and he took the time to answer every question with patience and honesty — something that was especially important since I was managing the project remotely. Jeremy provided great advice early on in selecting a design suited to the WA market and always followed through on what he promised.

The build itself progressed well, with siteworks starting in September 2024 and key handover completed by July 2025, which is a solid timeframe for a new home build. The construction quality met my expectations, and any concerns during the process were dealt with professionally.

I’d confidently recommend Redink Homes to anyone considering building in WA — especially investors building from interstate — and I truly appreciated Jeremy’s role in making this a positive and rewarding experience.

I had a great experience building with RedInk Perth. My first point of contact was Jeremy Earle who presented a well suited plan for the block at Brabham and helped move the investment project from land acquisition to completion. stating some minor items that were not part of the package to avoid surprises at the end. The team at RedInk worked closely with by mortgage broker and solicitor keeping in mind the fact that I was based on the east of the continent. There were no hiccups, all timelines were adhered to, RedInk provided a further safety net in their contract by including a weekly payment if the project was completed beyond the initial timeline, but this was not used as the project was delivered on time. An independent Building inspector engaged at PCI found no major issues, the handful of minors were rectified quickly.

My location on the continent was not the greatest during the project. Being in QLD, I spent 1/3 of my time in Brisbane and the rest working at remote QLD mine sites/flying to-and-fro work when communication was limited. While there were other RedInk staff managing the various stages of the build, Jeremy understood my situation and was always accessible and would respond to my questions afterhours even though he could have professionally left those for the next day.

Redink's online platform is also a great way to keep track of documents and updates of the project. There's absolutely nothing I could recommend for improvement.

RedInk's price was very competitive. During my research, the same sized property in the same street/suburb with same inclusions were atleast 80k expensive, plus RedInk gave me a lifetime structural warranty.

I will certainly contact Jeremy @ RedInk for my next project in Perth if the opportunity presents. This is an independent review and I have not received any payments from RedInk to post this.

We're still in the early phases of design and considering the few big changes that I have made to the design (master ensuite, kitchen, garage); the costs have remained relatively low and within the budget I'm working with. We have also been invoiced before works were completed, had the site inspected within the 10 day due date, and given them the report of defects and incomplete works. Nup, doesn't matter, pay up, just trust us to get it finished.

Absolute joke.

Bad service – I have had nothing but heartache with Redink homes. I paid a premium for quality works however, there trades is not qualified. The tiler had to redo tiles in the shower and never put sealer on before he fixed the works. I have a PCI building report and was told everything in the report will be completed. tomorrow, suddenly items on the report will not be done. My contract stipulate Scotia to be installed, no Scotia. I build a Facebrick house. Bricks are broken and not being fixed. Front door is so badly installed there is gaps you can see through. Front door now have to repair and repaint. Weepholes has been rendered close, refuse to clean out and fix. Downpipes have no grids and some are broken. One Downpipes not connected to soakwel I have kept an issue register throughout the build. They have know about some of these issues for some time. Never addressed it. There was no management at all. They ask for feedback but don't act on it. The staff stonewalls you and are incompetent. Talks over you and just keep blocking you to speak to the people who can make real decisions influence change. From l9ckup to handover8 months. The house next to me poured there concrete slab when I went in l9ckup. They are weeks away from PCI with much better quality and workmanship.

Under staffed, inexperienced, fake sales team – These guys are bad news and take no responsibility for their sloppy work. Unfinished and damaged work. ( Refuses to fix/finish). [Content Removed] sales team (out of Bussleton). Had me in legal hot water, just so they could sell me a bigger house. pictures and examples from OTHER BUILDERS to make sales on designs that end up being cheap rip offs. Understaffed customer support team, inexperienced site management. My house took 3 years to build. A price increase before the build started. The list goes on.... I never right reviews, but these guys deserve one, and people deserve to know what they are like. Make sure you are an experienced builder and have your head switched on when dealing with these guys because they wont do you any favors, they are in it for themselves.

consultant, Adam Symonds, has been incredibly patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. During the planning stage, we had a strong vision for what we wanted our home to look like. We met with Adam several times, and he was able to make live changes in the design software, giving us a clear and accurate floor plan as our ideas evolved.

We spoke to a number of builders, including RedInk, but none could match Adam’s experience, understanding, and ability to keep pace with our ideas. We knew what we wanted, and many sales consultants either couldn’t grasp our vision or weren’t able to translate it into a workable floor plan efficiently. Adam understood exactly what we were trying to achieve and used his professional expertise to guide us toward the best possible design. After each meeting — right up until the pre-start stage — he stayed in touch, helping us refine details and discuss updates to the plans.

We’ve built previously through another builder a number of years ago, and one thing we really valued from that experience was having access to an interior designer — something not all builders offer. This time, we had ideas about the look we wanted, but we weren’t sure how everything would come together. Leah was amazing. She quickly understood the feel we were aiming for and elevated our original, fairly simple colour scheme into something that still feels like “us” but with far more visual interest. Without her guidance, we would have ended up with a much more basic and less inspiring palette.

When we reached our pre-start meeting, we worked with Charmaine Hunt, another fantastic and highly experienced Client Experience Coordinator from RedInk. We arrived with a long list of requests, and Charmaine went through every point with care, offering her own insights and helping us make informed decisions to bring our dream home to life.
