Does the silicone tray help suction cups/plates to stick?

Is the foot rear adjustable?

The foot rest can be adjusted, but it’s only by about 2cm. It’s very low. We used rolled towels tied on to bring it up to the correct height.

I noticed that one of the reviews above mentioned suction cup plates and trays don’t work with the HILO chair, has this been identified as a common issue in product testing?

Hi Emma,

Thanks for reaching out. The HILO tray has a matte finish but might be best to trial which plates etc may work for you. Redsbaby Buy, Swap and Sell group on Facebook may have some suggestions on which brand will work :)

Can the tray for eating still be used when the short legs are fitted?

I am looking for a toddler chair that my 20 month old can be strapped into when eating.

Yes, you can use the same set-up as the high chair by just attaching the short legs :) Brooke - RB Team

Thanks for getting in touch. Yes, the HILO footrest has two footrest positions which can be changed by flipping the footrest either way.
