disturbance and we were shown physically how much they allowed in sag before offering a replacement and it was very very small. 2 years later and we’re rolling into each other . I sent the photos through of mattress with rod across showing light underneath but we’re now told it’s within the acceptable range of sag. Disgusted in the product and disappointed because the retail store is no longer open and the staff were always helpful and have lost their jobs after telling us there was no need to worry, the company has many stores and won’t be closing down . Avoid at all costs! – I purchased a mattress about 12 months ago. It began to sink on one side. They offered to collect it and send it back for repair. I was told it would take 2 - 3 weeks. costs are too high and they wont send it to me in SA. So, I have now paid for a mattress that I do not own. All the employees and managers appear to be leaving and no one answers calls. I know an investor in the business and the belief is they are going under. Run for the HILLS!!!!!!!

the day. Had to put a mattress topper on top and it still sags. This was the choice for my husband by Return to Work for my husbands spinal injuries (13 fractured vertebrae) he couldn't sleep on it at all. Not only that it's so high that you would need a king size sheet set for the queen size. For $3,000 it's disgraceful. Would not recommend this mattress in a mad fit. We wanted Koala but WC would not accept as they're not certified by physiotherapists. My daughter has a Koala and rates it the best thing she's ever bought including her new car. I do not work for nor do I have any affiliation with Koala mattresses, I just wish I had one which by the way is a third of the price and has not one bad review. Extremely disappointed with this product.

When it came time to purchase the bed, we returned and were served by Sharon, so yet again was amazing to us, and made us feel so welcomed and at ease. Was a stress free and easy process, and an extremely quick turn around time, between ordering the bed and it being manufactured to receiving it. Was less than 2 weeks. We have now had the bed for just over a week, and mine and my partners back pain has reduced greatly.

Without a doubt the most comfortable bed I have ever owned!

I will 100% be recommending anyone that I know to Regal Sleep Solutions if they are after any bed related goods! Thank-you soo much to Heather and Sharon for their hard work!

the day they delivered in my area so the mattress was left near my door. When I put the mattress on the bed I noticed it had a rather large lump in it. I rang the shop and spoke with Cameron who said that happens with pillow tops and it would flatten out once laid flat but if it didn’t to get back to him. It did flattten. But it felt much softer than the one in the showroom and I noticed that it was labeled “compatible with adjustable beds” I was concerned that that would mean something had to be compromised in order to make it flexible. The mattress was so soft I disappeared into the middle of it and for the next three nights had THE most uncomfortable nights’ sleep, woke up with backache and ended up on my old mattress. I went into the store on Monday to address my concerns about my purchase and was most impressed with Cameron who listened to my problems and did not hesitate for a moment to find a solution for me, arranging for my mattress to be picked up two days later and checked out the other stores to find an older model that was not adjustable compatible to replace it. This story has a happy ending - I have slept like a baby ever since and love my new mattress!

Exquisite? - I don’t think so – We called into the Regal Sleep Noarlunga Store (now gone) and the salesman recommended the Exquisite Firm mattress to which we purchased less than a year ago. it already has dents that cause you to fall into sections of the mattress and offers no support so we are waking up tired with sore necks and backs.

The previous Pillowtop mattress I had lasted 10 years and was still more supportive than this one is now.

Like many others who bought a Regal Mattress we are severely disappointed with the mattress and Regal Sleep.

Great service but terrible product – We purchased 2 king single mattresses. Both of which became lumpy and uncomfortable. RSS swapped them for us, but within 2 months, the same outcome. I've been sleeping on an Ikea mattress (kept for kids sleepovers) on the floor. Couple of thousand $$ for rubbish. I've ordered two new mattresses from elsewhere. Disappointed. Show details

last one which rotated only. The life spans per mattress's has been 10 - 15 years so you can imagine our disappointment with this one not even lasting 10 - 11 months before giving us grief.

We both suffer from backpain in everyday life and this mattress does not give us a restful nights sleep. I understand the Warranty period has now elapsed but felt the need to inform your company of this mattress's performance.

I have no issues with the store staff but felt that if there was any doubt that this mattress wasn't suitable for us then we could have been informed.
