Mattress was supportive for a couple of years but then sagged very badly. I would feel like i was going to roll out of bed constantly. Cannot believe how much the sides sank down. Awful. Worst mattress ever!!! – We bought the healthy life mattress and after 6 months it’s unbearable we have constant back pain and they will not do anything unless there is a measured 40mm dip in it. If you lay across it you would think you are lying on a speed hump. Don’t waste your money! Poor quality and no service. Shame on you Regal Sleep. Great mattresses!! Had 2 for last seven years – My husband and I bought 2 top of the range mattresses 7 yrs ago now from Cranbourne and have loved sleeping on them and found them to be very comfortable and great support. We bought the Healthy life plush. My 94 yr old mum has just purchased an ultra plush in the middle of the range because we loved them so much. Fantastic customer service from store and office – I am so happy with how Regal Sleep Solutions dealt with my warranty claim. My problem was rectified within ten days. Significant sagging after 4 years – I have bought exquisite firm mattress in October 2017 which served us very well in first three years. The claim process was extremely slow as it took them three months to give us a clear response to the claim (claim was conducted via email). Eventually we have been rejected with explanation that “mattress was subject to normal rates of wear and tear”. Despite the fact that mattress isn’t firm anymore (after only three years) and that it is truly sagging now, I have to honestly say that I am disappointed with this product. In fact, one of the key reasons why we have decided to purchase this mattress was the warranty offered, but warranty is practically useless because you can be easily rejected with wear and tear reason. Sagging in just 3 years – We bought Regal’s top of the line mattress - was advertised as a class 1 medical device with an RRP circa $15K. They gave us 50% off or something like that but overall the mattress is of poor quality. Comfiest mattress I've ever owned! – My partner and I bought an Indulgence mattress last year and have been so pleased with the quality of comfort and sleep we are getting. seemed to make it better for a short while but now around 12 months after purchase it has sagged again and causing back pain, which, the original reason as to why we bought this Aussie made mattress was to cure that. Now the Bendigo store is long gone and head office is no help. Avoid at all costs. You pay 1500 bucks for trash.

DO NOT BUY from Regal – We had an amazing experience in-store but within weeks of getting our mattress home, like the other poor reviews, it was sagging heavily and leading to back pain, osteopath visits etc. Regal changed over the mattress and within months, same issue occurring again. supportive at shoulder level, it has now lost support for my lower back/hips. I now regularly wake up during the night from discomfort and wake up most mornings in pain. When compared to other mattresses I’ve slept on, for examples, hotels/motels on holidays and even the mattress at my parents house, the same problems appear when I come back to Melbourne sleeping on the Healthy Life mattress. The mattress is just so disappointing given the cost and I really thought we were getting a high quality mattress.

Short life span – My mattress was firm and supportive when I bought it, but 2 years later it has become soft and saggy, causing a sore aching back every morning. I have had to resort to using my old sealy mattress from the spare room while I research another new one. Show details
