Worst mattress ever!!! – We bought the healthy life mattress and after 6 months it’s unbearable we have constant back pain and they will not do anything unless there is a measured 40mm dip in it. If you lay across it you would think you are lying on a speed hump. Don’t waste your money! Poor quality and no service. Shame on you Regal Sleep. I dropped by the Malvern store to try out again.
Malvern and Nunuwading's Exquisite Firm feels the same, very Firm and Eveness.
But the mattress I received doesn't quite feel like the Exquisite's in store. This could possibly be a manufacturing fault.
They replaced it with a another warehouse stock, New One, but same issues, and never heard back from them.
I left it til today to leave a review. Bed is still bad and I'm in the process of finding a new one. Unfortunately, I will not be buying from Regal Sleep Solutions again.
Better off at Forty Winks, Snooze and Brvmarks.

The claim process was extremely slow as it took them three months to give us a clear response to the claim (claim was conducted via email). Eventually we have been rejected with explanation that “mattress was subject to normal rates of wear and tear”. Despite the fact that mattress isn’t firm anymore (after only three years) and that it is truly sagging now, I have to honestly say that I am disappointed with this product. In fact, one of the key reasons why we have decided to purchase this mattress was the warranty offered, but warranty is practically useless because you can be easily rejected with wear and tear reason. Sagging in just 3 years – We bought Regal’s top of the line mattress - was advertised as a class 1 medical device with an RRP circa $15K. supportive at shoulder level, it has now lost support for my lower back/hips. I now regularly wake up during the night from discomfort and wake up most mornings in pain. When compared to other mattresses I’ve slept on, for examples, hotels/motels on holidays and even the mattress at my parents house, the same problems appear when I come back to Melbourne sleeping on the Healthy Life mattress.
