Worst mattress ever!!! – We bought the healthy life mattress and after 6 months it’s unbearable we have constant back pain and they will not do anything unless there is a measured 40mm dip in it. If you lay across it you would think you are lying on a speed hump. Don’t waste your money! Poor quality and no service. Shame on you Regal Sleep. Brett, the salesman I dealt with is a lovely guy who's aim is to sell you the correct bed. You see these guys aren't happy until we, the customers are happy! What a great approach to having happy buyers. There's an extensive range of mattresses in all price ranges that are quite simply, some of the best levels of comfort I've come across and I have pretty high expectations from my beds, as I've always liked the finer things in life. I fully recommend this store and more so, the Regal Brand. I loved the way I was assisted by both Brett and Kevin on my last 2 visits. I'm now the proud and happy owner of a Byron Bay Plush Queen mattress ❤ which is a great 'happy medium' for my individual spinal support requirements and the comfort level. At Regal, they can even customize the perfect bed for you! Always friendly and helpful staff who have left a remarkably good impression on me. I thoroughly recommend Regal for the huge range of mattresses, A1 store policies they stand by, lengthy warranties and wonderful reception I've experienced here.

wandering around the store during which all the staff managed to avoid us completely, we left none the wiser and made our way across the carpark towards Snooze.

En route we spotted a store previously unknown to us, Regal Mattresses, so we decided to check it out.

We were greeted on entry by Kevin who listened to what we wanted then led us through our various options. We were able to test these out in store and choose which one suited us best. Kevin attended to the various accessories we needed (and the sordid topic of coin) and we were on our way to lunch only 15 minutes late.

Kevin had promised that the mattress would be delivered the next Thursday and that we would receive a call from the carrier late Wednesday giving us a delivery time window. That duly happened and the mattress was delivered on Thursday and on time.

The whole experience was an exemplary example of customer service and Regal and their staff come with our warmest recommendation.

Two bad backs agree - better than other $10k mattresses at only $1995 – My wife and I both have back problems so we're fussy - the right bed is essential. Then we experienced their top of the line mattress which they had on special for $1995. What we liked - it was obvious right away that it contoured perfectly and for our backs that is now an essential, not a luxury.

We were suitably impressed but wanted to compare to everything else. We went to Captain Snooze, 40 Winks and Harvey Norman. Snooze had a pretty cool testing system and the sales girl was helpful. But the deal they offered came with the pressure of putting up the price if we walk out the door. We found one for $3400 and to get that price we had to buy right away. Otherwise, the price is $3500. Still not as good as the Regal for $1995. We liked that Regal were confident that after comparing the others we would realise we are saving thousands and come back. They were right.

We found out we could spend 10k at Harvey Norman for a lesser mattress. Couldn't find a single mattress there that didn't hurt my back. We tried a zillion mattresses on the day ranging from 1-10k in price. There was only one that I could feel instant comfort without back pain and it was actually cheaper than almost all of them.

We don't normally write reviews but in this case, Regal just impressed us and stood out above the rest. We like that they build locally, we like their approach and across the board the service was great. Even the guy who delivered the mattress had obvious pride in the company. They called to confirm the time, showed up when they said they would. We like this company and like to give credit where it is due. We also like the 15 year guarantee!

Most comfortable mattress ever had – Kevin Joganah quickly came to our aid. He listened to our answers to his helpful questions. This helped him to guide us to suitable mattresses. After testing both we were able to make the perfect choice. He explained all costs involved and arranged prompt delivery. explained and we were able to make up our minds in a non threatening manner. Decision time and we chose the Queen whole package as this is our lifetime bed. Delivery and setup was very prompt and efficient and again the guys were fantastic.

Since sleeping in our new bed, I can honestly say that I have not had a better sleep for years. We get such a cosy and comfy sleep and wake up relaxed and rejuvenated.

No service – Walked into store and wandered around looking at different mattresses. The sales person did not acknowledge or approach me. He just stayed behind the computer at the desk. I’m very disappointed, as I have been recommended by my osteopath to go to regal sleep. I’m in the market for a Queen and single mattress. Terrible. Avoid – Absolute rubbish. Mattress collapsed after 8 months- we were each sleeping in a separate pit with a hard crest in between us. I developed pain in my lower spine and as the mattress collapsed further, neck pain (my pillow was more supportive than the mattress). Fantastic customer service from store and office – I am so happy with how Regal Sleep Solutions dealt with my warranty claim. My problem was rectified within ten days. I didn’t realise to what extent or completely understand the bennifical attributes sleeping on the XD Ultimate would create.

My only regret being I should have bought the bed sooner because now I understand.
