12mth return policy! That’s how good – Customer service in satire was second to none, we were advised of 3 mattresses that would suit and then left to our own devices. New regal bed helped solve long term muscular issues – Jenine at Regal Highpoint has been super helpful to us. She advised us that the Healthy Life Classic would be the best for my long term shoulder and hip issues. She was right. Great store and customer service setup – They do mattresses you can flip! Just one of the great options is the medium firmness mattresses in Essential and Healthy Life can be flipped to extend their life. We got one with a Wool quilting for winter and Bamboo quilting for summer. Aidah the saleswoman was patient, knowledgeable and fun. As promised on the date committed, Jourdan and Callan, delivered the mattresses efficiently and kept me updated throughout the day on when they were expected and if there was going to be any delay. They were amazing.

The mattresses are extremely comfortable and I feel happy with the purchase. One of the best customer services, sales teams that I have dealt with.

plush, you will like it, sure enough both me and my mrs loved it ! Price was a sticking point and i also needed the option to change/swap or money back guarantee if the mattress isnt working for us, which Regal did offer on this mattress. So 2 weeks later, spoke to Dave at highpoint and he could see that i had some knowledge about the healthy life plush, so he gave us space to demo the mattress, all while not being pushy to make a sale, we walked out of the store feeling great about the bed, so much so, that on our way home, we called dave at highpoint to give us a good deal and we just bought ourselves a new regal mattress !

Its only been 1 week of sleeping on it, and i can't describe how good it is in support and pressure point relief, we are having the best sleep in years !
