Above and Beyond! – I had a fantastic experience this morning at Nunawading Regal Sleep Solutions - the manager, Sam, who helped coordinate 2 deliveries from 2 separate stores into 1 delivery and in time for the weekend. This is such a blessing for us to all be done in a very timely manner, which enables us to move into our home this week! Also, a big thank you to Kevin from Frankston Regal Sleep Solutions who organised this all too.

Great prices, brilliant staff, can't ask for much better – Despite being the fourth bedding store we entered, and both of us were fairly burnt out, we felt immediately relaxed and welcome. items went up in price (in contrast to the other stores where there was much less noticeable variety). In the end we were so happy with both the service and the products we bought two mattresses here though we had tried 10 to 15 at other stores through out the day.

The worst customer service ever – My Wife and I had a very bad experience buying a mattress from Regal Sleep Solution Nunawading - Management: [name removed]: - They delivered incorrect type of mattress TWICE - Finally, we got our own firm mattress in the third delivery (after about two weeks !!!). uncomfortable and we felt sleeping on just the springs. - We chose Regal because it provides the option of exchange and return. So, we decided to exchange the uncomfortable mattress with another one. SURPRISINGLY, the salesperson in the store offered us the FLOOR STOCK mattress !!!! So, it is an immediate conclusion: They exchange the mattress but with no hygiene control, and you will get a second hand mattress if you are lucky at the end. - We were shocked by her offer and decided to return the mattress. The store manager confirmed that they will do the full refund after collecting the mattress. - We bought a brand new firm mattress from IKEA (FILLAN) and it is quite comfortable for a half price of the Regal one. - It took two weeks for them to come and collect their mattress and they finally partially refunded our money, which is against all their motto everywhere in their store! - That was the worst customer service our family experienced ever. They did not even reply our last several emails!! - We are going to file a legal complaint against Regal Sleep Solution to get our money back, and will share this disappointing experience in media to let other people know too.

Great service, poor product – I purchased a mattress and ended up changing mattress, using the helpful return policy and after a total of 3 mattress i wasn't happy with the product (mattress are too thin, felt the slats through the mattress) and ended up going somewhere else.  Show details

Worst bed ever – We bought a king ensemble, cant remember the exact model, but it cost $2500, supposedly reduced by $2000. Within a few months it developed a hump down the middle. Apparently not enough for Regal to do anything about. We sold it within six months online for $600. This was around 2014. Beds are way over priced. salesperson (Marina). She listened to all of my sleeping and back problems and offered many calculated ideas. She had my attention because of her professional advice and attitude. No other store offered me the same service. For once I had buying confidence. Marina suggested a mattress, that in normal circumstances I might not have considered buying, but I’m so glad that I listened to her professional advice and reasoning. I have had the bed for 2 weeks now, and it was the best decision I’ve made, to trust a salesperson who impressed me that she knew what I needed for my troublesome back. So much so, we bought a 2nd bed, one for the wife (war office). We are both extremely happy, and know we have made the correct decision. Thank very you, Marina.

Felt we could sleep in the shop! After our purchase we sat/lay on other brand products and knew we made the perfect decision.

Excellent communication throughout the delivery process. They carried it into the house and placed on the bed. The delivery guys were kind and considerate (they will take the plastic packaging and tape).

And we loved the first night sleep on it! Very thankful for the whole experience.

Fantastic Product – Fantastic staff in store, spent lots of time helping me decide on a model suitable. Sadly this would be 5 star if it was not for the lack of help when it came to picking up my order. My housemate went to pick it up and he was just given it on a trolley and left to do the rest himself. Your staff really should have helped him getting it into his ute.
