DO NOT BUY - worst customer service I have ever received – Have been seeking a resolution from this business since November 2021. We spent almost $2000 and was convinced by their sleep guarantee, the mattress is rubbish and has bowed in the middle 2 weeks after having it. We have called, and emailed so much I have lost count. We no response from the business. Failure to go or their own policy and a waste of $2000.

XD Ultimate Queen Size – Store was great, the mattress however weighs a ton and actually hurts to make the bed, the mattress became uncomforatable after about a year and until now we have just put up with it. The cushion top has not lasted. Slowly it gave way to our body shapes. We are different sizes.Body indentations restricted movement. Turning the mattress only accelerated the flattening of the wide gusset top.However over the last 3 months the topper comfort support has been lost. Now, the whole mattress has gone really hard. It hurts my thighs and hips to lie on my side. Can we get help to resolve this. I don't want the same type of top that will flatten and disappoint again.

strongly recommended we get one, as I suffer headaches and back problems. I read all the reviews and it sounded great. We ended up choosing the Wellness Indulgence Firm.

The first issue we noticed once it was delivered is that was a lot higher when we put it on our existing base. Then we tried to put our existing sheets on - they don't fit. We have beautiful Sheridan sheets that we have only had for a year or two, and we have tried to use them and it's just not working. I can't see anyone else complaining about this, which is think is really strange. The standard fitted sheet just does not fit. It is not deep enough. We ripped one trying to get it on. Same goes for the flat sheet - it is just not long enough to tuck under the bed and stay put, so it comes loose and we end up swimming in sheets. It is not making for a good night's sleep. We have to remake the bed every single morning. I notice it doesn't mention mattress height on RSS's website at all - just the length and width.

Secondly, we aren't even sure if we like the mattress. I'm not sleeping well, I don't love my bed. I used to love getting into bed and settling in for a good sleep, and now I dislike it. I'm waking with headaches. We rang [name removed] to try and organise a replacement - we thought maybe it's too firm, maybe we should try to next model down in softness? But it is now a requirement to get the mattress steam cleaned prior to exchanging it (I understand, because COVID) and it's all too complicated trying to work out how to get that done in Melbourne lockdown. [name removed] was really surprised we even wanted to try.

So do we try new sheets and see if that gives us a better experience? It seems ridiculous that we need to replace our sheets to suit the mattress but we are willing to give it a go.

All in all, I'm conflicted. The initial customer service was excellent, but post sale experience hasn't been great. We don't like the mattress but kind of feel like we are now stuck with it, due to the issues around trying to exchange it. And we are looking at shelling out an additional couple of hundred dollars in new sheets to see if that will help. If we can even find a fitted sheet that is deeper than the standard and might have a chance at fitting. I've had a chat with Tony who has suggested some things to see if it improves our experience. If we exchange to a lesser mattress, it will be shorter, so there's an option for once we are out of covid restrictions!

Best nights sleep & excellent customer service! – Our old mattress was worn so we made the decision to visit Regal in Sth Morang. Rebecca was extremely friendly, knowledgeable & patient. We tried a few mattresses and selected one for my husband and I and one for our daughter. Highly recommend Regal mattresses & Rebecca - she is so informative & honest about their product and will find a mattress to suit your needs.

Customer service – Today (4.02.2018) l went to the South Morang store with my family to buy a queen bed. THERE was two customer in the shop and we spend more than 15 min in the shop but the person was there for customer service didn't even say hello to us during the whole time.
