no response from the listed number. Our next step is to refer this company to Consumer Affairs Vic. We do not recommend this company for their after sales or warranty service.

Very poor mattress – Purchased a Wellness Luxury Super Firm King Mattress back in April 2021,had sent it back through warranty claim.. Significant sagging after 4 years – I have bought exquisite firm mattress in October 2017 which served us very well in first three years. However after third year its started sagging and by year four it became very unpleasant to sleep and we started to feel more and more tired each morning with back pain experience . for repair available as we had 10 years warranty on the product. The claim process was extremely slow as it took them three months to give us a clear response to the claim (claim was conducted via email). Eventually we have been rejected with explanation that “mattress was subject to normal rates of wear and tear”. Despite the fact that mattress isn’t firm anymore (after only three years) and that it is truly sagging now, I have to honestly say that I am disappointed with this product. In fact, one of the key reasons why we have decided to purchase this mattress was the warranty offered, but warranty is practically useless because you can be easily rejected with wear and tear reason. partner disturbance there was. Spoke about the different spring systems and the different toppings used. Didn't focus on just selling me the top of the range mattress, but rather one that suited us. Mind you I would have bought the top of the range if I could have afforded it. Having said that, the mattress I bought (for a good price, and with a 15 year warranty) is amazing. As 50 + year olds, we were getting a lot of aches and pains when we got up in the morning. That's how we knew it was time for a new mattress. Anyway, the aches and pains are all gone. The staff also helped me understand the warranty, and how you MUST have a mattress protector for the warranty to be valid. They even put taller legs on the base for us, as my partner is 6'4" (they thought of that, not me). When we bought the base and mattress home. It felt very strange for the first couple of weeks, as we had a very soft mattress last time. In hindsight, the old mattress was way to soft for us (for both posture reasons and overheating in summer). However, we now absolutely love our new mattress, and more importantly, we wake up ache-free! I have to also say that the delivery people were professional and polite, and it was delivered on time. Lastly, the show room staff also showed me the factory behind head office where the mattresses are made. Yep. Australian made with quality products. Doesn't get much better than that!

Comfiest mattress I've ever owned! – My partner and I bought an Indulgence mattress last year and have been so pleased with the quality of comfort and sleep we are getting. The mattress helps take pressure off my body and keeps me pretty cool at night. I would highly recommend anyone who is in the market for a mattress to go to Regal.

Worst mattress ever – Our mattress is 4 years old and ready for the bin. Bumpy, lumpy and has huge divets. The mattress was replaced 3 times when we first bought it as the mattresses we had kept sinking after a week of use. This last one lasted a few months longer but it was always just terrible quality. starting to get an array of body pains and issues. We were in physio's and massages every other week and we never thought that it would be a brand new expensive mattress we've had less than a year. The mattress was sagging on both sides, my partner and I are small and don't weigh much. Fast forward end of 2020 and having spoken to several other friends who have mattresses from this company, ALL of them had the same issues with this bed and company. We moved back to our 20 year old mattress and within a week our bodies were the best they've felt in over a year and we've been having the best sleep.

We logged a warranty claim Nov 2020 and we were told the mattress needed to be deep cleaned per Covid-19 regulations and we would be reimbursed. The mattress was cleaned, taken away by Regal Sleep, returned to us and to this day they have not reimbursed us for the cleaning costs despite asking us for our bank details. The mattress came back hard as a rock and again within less than 2 weeks we were back to sleeping on our old mattress. We logged another warranty claim in December 2020 and despite calling the company over 10 times they have not even processed the return almost 2 months later.

This company feels like a scam when dealing with them. Warranty centre always will tell you they will call back and never do. They always say they are very busy with warranty's which is why there is months of backlog they need to get through. This speaks a lot about the company and the product alone. We want a refund but are certain they won't as friends of ours who went down were denied one.

If you are thinking of buying from here, don't! Stick to the big name brands that have been around for years and are all over Aus.

Great customer service – After 13 years needed to upgrade to a new mattress, went to Regal sleep solutions in Springvale. This company actually make their mattresses locally with local products and to order. I was very impressed with James our salesperson was thorough showing the range available.
