Remington Ultimate Series Rx5 Head Shaver HC7000AU Questions & Answers
VerifiedMPN: HC7000AUWhy wont my rx5 head shaver charge its my second one as the first one did exactly the same. Any help?
When I start charging it the green light comes on for few seconds then it stops charging. Any idea what's wrong? I only used it twice.
My shaver has just stopped working; On off button not switching on have tried charging etc ;shaver illuminates to charge but even after hours of charging still nothing from power button; unit only eight month old
Anybody know why my RX5 keeps pulsating when it touches my head. It goes on and off very fast so need to take it of my head to get it to run smoothly If you know what I mean. Have I got a dud?
Mine does the same thing. Trying to find a replacement head online but no luck so far
I just received my second replacement ( so third shaver) and it does it from the word go! At least the others gave me a few weeks use. Seems like a faulty product to me
I’m on my second replacement and it stopped halfway through my shave and won’t go again second shave with this one, looks like another trip to the shavershop
The instructions clearly state that when the machine starts pulsating that it is time to lubricate the 5 cutter heads with the oil provided
Battery life states 50 hrs use before recharge light comes on . I have had to recharge twice since purchased, after red light came on. Charge fully, even the initial charge of 4hrs as required, the red light comes on after 21 minutes (7x3 minute shaves). What is wrong with my battery and should I seek a refund or replacement. Thanks Mark
I'd say your experience is consistent with mine, I can probably get no more than 2 haircuts off a full battery, but I wish it only took me 3 minutes a shave.
How do i remove the cover when you want to clean the blades and remove hair?
can the RX5 shaver be used in the shower?
Apparently, I haven't tried though.
