Great value, great service
Online storeI purchased a coffee table, which arrived as promised. There was a potential issue with the delivery (regarding stairs) which the team phoned to warn me of in advance, and offered a full refund if I couldn't manage... much better than some who simply "dump and run" without warning.
The quality was excellent- much better than other replicas of this design
Unfortunately there was some damage but the team again were very responsive, working on a variety of different creative solutions to get me a replacement table top and return the original.

Things don't always go according to plan, but when so many other companies try to pass the buck, this team was a stand out in making sure I was satisfied, staying on the front foot of communications at all times. I'm pretty sure they lost money on the transaction/ replacement, but they did what they needed to to ensure a very happy customer. Would buy again and recommend without hesitation- thank you!!!

Can you tell me if your Eames Lounge Chair & Ottoman are the Aniline italian leather? Are the buttons & piping all made out of geniune leather {aniline} or pu bonded leather?
