Our experience with Replica was 5 star. Our experience with the delivery courier wasn't quite as positive. The issue was when and where the delivery was placed. If this part of the order was improved, the experience would have been 'top hole'. The parcel was well very packed. Show reply
I have been looking everywhere for stools that will sit under my 15cm overhang bench without being bulky. Theses stools are amazing, beautiful slight wave in the seat to make a comfy sitting experience, solid timber and best of all no hqving to put them together come i one piece. im so so happy with them and the ordering process & delivery was super easy and so fast. This is the third time we've purchased furniture from Replica Furniture and each time has been a great experience. The first two times were online with delivery. This time was online, but we picked up the chairs from the local warehouse. Harriet at the store was lovely. The warehouse guys were helpful and friendly. I recently ordered the Replica Noguchi Coffee Table online, it only took 5 days to reach me in Western Australia. The build quality is amazing and you don't need to worry about breaking the glass, it's basically the same width as bulletproof glass. Love the look of my new dining table and chairs- but the 2 of the chairs were difficult to put together as the predrilled bolt holes weren’t long enough to fit bolt with washer and spring washer, had leave out spring washer in order for bolt to fit. Show details · 1

Follow-up · Ok the table is very sturdy the marble top is quite heavy it took 2 delivery men a fair effort to bring upstairs they assembled the dining setting and took the packaging away worth more than they charge. It's all easy to clean a quick wipe the black base shows dust so need to be ontop of the dusting.
Kitchen stools as advertised, perfect for kitchen, comfortable non slip on floorboards. Easy to navigate website. I ordered late 22 Dec expecting delivery Jan and delivered 24 Dec, much appreciated Show reply

I ordered a dining table online at 7am, the company called me around lunchtime to confirm the item was in stock and they would have it on a truck that evening. It was delivered from Brisbane to Sydney and arrived at 11am the next day. Amazing service. Really reasonable pricing and great quality table. Show reply

Waste of money – Fast shipping, but the chairs are very disappointing. They look cheap and the back of the chair looks like they've got 4 very obvious polka dots where the joins are, not good at all and this wasn't represented in the pictures. I would never have bought them if accurate images of the product had been shown. I would not recommend

of course the screws that don't fit. Definitely not even worth half what I paid and they refuse to deal with anything in writing. They want to try to convince on the phone again that this is acceptable and the sight wobble from the screws that don't fit is ok. Now I'm going to have to get legal help for warranty claim. It's been a nightmare.
