different colour or wood type, which makes it look mismatched. When I raised this issue, I was told that this was “acceptable quality” and that if I wanted an exchange, I would need to cover shipping both ways — another $100 — just to receive a chair that should have been the correct quality in the first place.
The customer service has been extremely disappointing. Instead of acknowledging the problem or offering a solution, I was given excuses immediately first. They even sent me images of two completely different chairs (one white-cream, one warm wood see photo but hey at least the chairs in their photo are all 1 consistent colour!) and insisted they were the same wood. There was no apology, no accountability, and no willingness to stand by the quality of their products.
Based on other reviews this is clearly a reoccurring issue. I wish I had read these reviews before buying.

Unfortunately there was some damage but the team again were very responsive, working on a variety of different creative solutions to get me a replacement table top and return the original.
I'm really satisfied with the purchase, but most satisfied with the team. Things don't always go according to plan, but when so many other companies try to pass the buck, this team was a stand out in making sure I was satisfied, staying on the front foot of communications at all times. I'm pretty sure they lost money on the transaction/ replacement, but they did what they needed to to ensure a very happy customer. Would buy again and recommend without hesitation- thank you!!!

said, but it says it's already assembled, they then agreed that it was, and said yes the extra would be for helping the first delivery person take it into my place and unpack it. The delivery person just put it on his trolley and brought it into my place. It had on the outside a whole lot of wood casing that needed hammering off, but only took about 20 minutes to do. Obviously this could have been delivered without this, but then I guess they wouldn't have been able to attempt a $180 price gouge that was not a part of the original order. Maybe tell people that they need to pay $180 on top of the $59 delivery price ahead of them ordering, they might make a different choice. I know I would have.

Waste of money – Fast shipping, but the chairs are very disappointing. They look cheap and the back of the chair looks like they've got 4 very obvious polka dots where the joins are, not good at all and this wasn't represented in the pictures. of course the screws that don't fit. Definitely not even worth half what I paid and they refuse to deal with anything in writing. They want to try to convince on the phone again that this is acceptable and the sight wobble from the screws that don't fit is ok. Now I'm going to have to get legal help for warranty claim. It's been a nightmare.
