At no point did we have to wait very long for an answer to any question that came to our minds. As first home buyers who had not been through this process before, this was extremely helpful.

Further, as part of our land purchase, there was $20,000 worth of rebates available if we settled within a 14 day timeframe. Ginny was amazing during this time, using her experience in the industry to make sure the correct people (banks, converyancer, State Revenue Office, etc) were pushed at the correct time to make sure we settled on time and received our rebates. Now our wedding and honeymoon can be everything we dreamed of it being.

Stressful Poor Transition – Very poor communication, very hard to contact your broker to get clear answers, they made errors, and I got extra fees for their mistakes. I was just told to sign being last minute documents I felt rushed pressured unclear and never got a proper run down of my loan contract and the break down until a family member step in and demanded questions and answer. average rate, about .5% above where we should be based on our financials and history. It makes no sense except that Resolve were paid well, so two parties did very well out of it, we now need to refi again to get down to a good rate where we should have been through the process. A waste of time in the end.

Wouldn’t recommend – The person we dealt with first provided us with wrong borrowing amount so loan fell thru and we had to change all our home design to reduce home amount and pay out things. Mistakes were made which shouldn’t have been and I felt I was the one calling around to double check things with builder and land developers, also chasing up with broker on stuff I shouldn’t have been doing these sort of things. But luckily calling highlighted more mistakes which were fixed but took much longer before we could actually get approved and start building.
