is very disheartening to wait for three months for a simple email reply (after several follow ups), which has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience (and this is happening every time). My repeated attempts to contact them have been ignored, leaving me feeling neglected and ignored as a homeowner. I am very disappointed by the stark contrast between the initial customer service I received during construction and the current dismal experience. This disregard for my concerns is unacceptable and has eroded my trust in Ridgewater Homes.
