the procewss was easy- and felt great because it has been humbugging the heck out of me (money for nothin and ...) She also helped me to do a speedtest.net and that proved the other side of thei operation is ... up to speed too, with both upload and download speeds comming in at just under 99mbps, which works great for me. Absolutely I would reccommend RUSH to anyone wanting a reliable, responsive ISP.
My experience was very good. The technician was patient and helpful in assisting with wifi connection to new computer. He took the time to inform me of the various steps needed and my issue was resolved.

Their response was dismissive and hostile, accusing me of never clicking the opt-in link (I did after I noticed the price change, and it said a representative would be in touch — which never happened)
Beware of this company. If your building already has them as the default provider, do your research into what other option you have. They don’t value existing customers and their customer service is rude

'Manny is a great bloke', 'Manny is an absolute delight', 'Manny was so helpful, respectful and empathetic to this 70 plus retiree with limited IT skills', 'Manny went beyond the call', 'Manny THIS' & 'MANNY THAT!!' So when 'Manny' arrived and everything worked like MAGIC, (which never happens with me), I jokingly asked which # Manny is he since every review is about Manny... Total nightmare! – I had the misfortune of signing up with Gigafy, and it has been a total nightmare. issue, they informed me that the connection speed promised in my contract was no longer available, yet they continued to charge me the same amount each month. Even though they knew they were not delivering the promised internet speed, they still charged me for it. And to add insult to injury, they reduced my plan to an even slower internet connection.
To make matters worse, I was promised a refund of AUD 300 dollars, but I never received it. I have tried numerous times to get in touch with Gigafy's customer service, but they are unresponsive and unhelpful. It is clear that this company has no respect for their customers and is only interested in taking their money and not delivering the correct internet speed connection. I advise anyone looking for an internet provider to avoid Gigafy at all costs.

And the best yet to come, Vini, who came to check on my internet realized the problem is bigger than he thought (router outside the apartment). So he needs to come back to fix it properly. Before he left, he put in some contingency plan to help me get better internet speed until he could come back, which is very nice of him.
He came back today without extra help (short of staff), but he still pulled it off. He is not giving up on me (and my internet). I appreciated that so much. He also waited for me to run tests in all rooms and make adjustments until it worked out beautifully.
I would recommend the service because of the great people behind it!

Australian based call centre in Brisbane. He was extremely knowledgeable, helped me work out how to use the Gigafy infrastructure that was rolled out in my building and connect to my new service without issue. I’ve never experienced this kind of service from a telecom company and it’s been a massive breath of fresh air. Well done Rush Broadband and well done Joel, truly setting an example for the rest of them.

Ridiculous. I pay my next months payment when it suits me, BEFORE it's due. Manual payment. Fantastic customer service – I can't say enough good things about this company's customer service and tech support. Everyone I've dealt with has gone above and beyond. Connection is reliable, no issues with speed and no drop out issues. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend this company.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! – My wife & I have been using Rush Broadband (formerly Gigafy) since we moved into our apartment in the Brisbane CBD in March 2020. We consistently get download speeds approaching 100Mbps. The customer service is simply "OUTSTANDING", and the "value for money" is EXCELLENT. We very highly recomment Rush Broadband as a great alternative to NBN.

Worst customer service ever. Even worse than Belong – Internet been down for 8 hours. Still nothing. Tried phoning to see what’s happening. Phone won’t even go through. Just disconnects. This is unacceptable in 2024. The arrogance and contempt for customers by not even answering their phone shows they don’t care. On their website they show service down and last update was 6 hrs ago.
