Customer & Product Service was much appreciatedAfter experiencing intermittent ongoing NBN technical issues which subsequently required a modem replacement the Gigafy NBN service here is now excellent again in both its speed & reliability. Thank you to Andrew Cox for his interest in our problem following up by email to get the service ball rolling. And also thanks to Technician Manny for his onsite service & expertise in getting us up & running via his assesssment & modem installation (and also, Manny's post issue phone call follow up a day later to ensure all was working okay, much appreciated). Great service!After moving to the new place I had a signal issue and called the support service (on Sunday), which scheduled the tech visit for the day after.

Amazing customer service!I contacted Gigafy when my wifi speeds were running slower than normal at 20mbps. Gigafy were very quick to send out a technician, Manny, who was prompt, polite and replaced my router within 10 minutes! My wifi is now running at 98mpbs! This is the best customer service from any ISP. Thanks Gigafy + Manny
Quick and easyWhen suffering a little glitch with my new connection not only did Gigafy help me fix it over the phone in minutes ( these guys always so quick and easy) but sent a technician, Manny , the same day to update the modem and help me reconnect all my devices before he left . ( was having issues with my printer) Manny did an excellent job and was very caring in talking me through things.

Best internet and serviceI have been with gigafy since 2020 and have never had internet issues. A while ago my internet was a tad slow and I hadn’t even noticed it but gigafy did and asked if they could come fix it and came out the next day to fix it. Recently, my internet stopped working which never happens as it’s very reliable. I called them at about 5pm and they had someone out by lunch time the next day and fixed it. Really lucky to be with gigafy and highly recommend it. Internet has always been great and the service is unlike any other

As a new customer - locate the device in your apartment, connect up using the wireless network name and password on the sticker on the device, then when you attempt to load a page you should be redire... Read morected to the signup screen where you can pick Rush Broadband as a provider, pick a plan and activate your service on the spot. It should take less than 5 minutes if you are in your dwelling, however if you have any problems please contact our support number.
