Hi Anna, target often has really good customer service. It's best if you find the receipt. However if you can't, I would suggest to call Target store near your home and explain the situation and ask if they can honour and replace the oven. If you failed to get a good response, call again to find someone else to try, then try another target store. Hope this help you out. I began to use an mobile app Trov to keep receipt electrically. Try this and keep receipt for all house goods you purchase from now on.

Yes, it is an oven too, it functions just like a fan forced oven. It also works as a grill. to use oven(convection) mode; push the "convection" button and keep pushing it to get to your desired temperature, press start, once it is preheated it will beep to notify you to put in your food.
for grill mode select grill, pop your food in and hit start
This microwave also has a combine feature, you can use grill+oven, grill+oven+microwave, microwave+grill, microwave+convection(oven),
with each press of the combination button it will scroll through different modes.
when using grill or convection (oven) or a combination of the two (not microwave) you can also use metal cookware for cooking.
