I have a small cafe and use an Aulika. It makes great coffee but frothing the milk is just too slow. We use a San Marco Flexa E to froth the milk and also to make decaffeinated coffee after grinding the beans. We had the Aulika changed by Saeco so that it could be plumbed in. It wasn't a success and wouldn't recommend it. As someone else has mentioned we have had a problem with the machine leaking under the drip tray. Eventually not enough water was getting through to make a coffee. We took it in for repair and a part was replaced. A month later the problem was back. We are taking it back next week. We too are concerned about rust.
