Listen to the all the reviews. Overcharge you. Very persistent. They also go on different names like City Carpet Cleaners Melbourne. They might be running a scam. I’ve experienced similar service.

this. Based on what they were going to do I thought the price was ok. I paid them $1,200 on the day and the balance to be paid when they brought them back. I said to the driver picking them up to be careful as it would cost about $20,000 to replace them. After many calls, emails, and text messages they brought them back 7 weeks later to my shock horror. The curtains were filthy, wet, smelly, full of mould, wrinkled beyond recognition, and cockroach's inside the bags they came back in. Several of them were also ripped and destroyed. All curtains are destroyed so obviously I didn't pay the $1,500 balance. Trying to get someone to talk to me about the problem is impossible. They just hang up as soon as they know the call is a complaint. This company and all its other associated business names are hopeless and exist just to steal money by their fraud. I am about to take legal action against them and will report them to every authority I can think of. Beware of these crooks and thieves if you are thinking of getting them for curtain cleaning, carpet cleaning, furniture cleaning, pest control, possum capture and a whole list of other things they claim to do. she said oh it’s double sided That be 120 .00each side then said she would use chemical then deodorise then scotch guard. Having no idea what was required I said ok as long as as stains removed. She ok wrote it down on Sams maintenance and pest control invoice and pay now 640.00 I said no way to exp she oh well give scotch guard free.that 540.00 So of course I handed over cash.She took the cash and pre seeded to clean the rug we took rug out to driveway for her to clean. Husband and I get area ready she goes into OUR kitchen I followed her in said oh what are you doing She had got out dishwashing liquid out of cupboard poured into bucket Out she went and started hosing our rug I was mortified rug was wool and silk I was told they clean all types of rugs Persian being one . My husband and I were watching the whole time she just seemed to pour dishwash liquid on rug and hose.Used our broom to sweep There was no way known you could lift that rug when wet it weighed a ton.So as for cleaning both sides did not happen. I could see stains oh I will try again all she did was hose. She used a large machine to suck the water out She said come look at dirty water. I had also asked about fringe looking a dirty colour she said oh that will dry lighter. She asked if had something to lay rug over to dry.we had a couple of ladders .So propped it up on that it was extremely wet she said give it 5 hours to dry .the rug was saturated.OMG Used our toilet in house then left. Assuring us stains and fringe would been clean when dry. It was never going to dry temp -3 degrees during the night 8 deg day No way known!!!! We have had to drag rug in try to suck water out with a vaccum use a dehumidifier on drying clothes cycle and light a fire.

Extremely bad service and no follow up – Left stains on carpet, damaged the carpet and only half cleaned the sofa. Emailed a complaint and photos on same day and was told someone would contact me. After a week no one called so I emailed again. Then phoned weekly to discuss compensation and no one every returned these calls. Complete rip-off.
Unsatisfactory job – I booked to have my carpet repaired through what I thought was a carpet repair company and these guys turned up. I didn't see the van otherwise I may have questioned it then. wrote a review I was told to sit something heavy on it for 24hrs. I'll try contacting them tomorrow and see how I go. I'm so annoyed with myself and I won't tell you how much it was except to say it was greater than $500 and I'm pretty sure I could have done this job myself, definitely not seamless. Not happy at all..
Sam's staff ignore our messages and complaint – We paid $660 for an ant extermination. 2 days later the ants were back as if they had never been treated. Our calls to Sam's Maintenance have not been returned. The on-line chat is terminated as soon as we make contact. They appear to be completely unwilling to address the failure of their treatment. What a waste of money that was for us! Avoid this company.

out they couldn't resolve the pest problem & they demanded payment. I told them no, their mannerism got aggressive/threatening but I stood my ground & told them I'm ready to go all out my life or theirs so they eventually left.
DO NOT USE THEM. NO PEST PROBLEM IS THAT URGENT THAT YOU CANNOT WAIT TO GET MORE QUOTES & TALK TO DIFFERENT CONTRACTORS. DONT RUSH INTO THINGS. MORW HEADACHES LATER.
I was scammed out of $800 by this company. The service was absolutely terrible. I contacted their customer service, and they initially said someone would come to resolve the issue — but no one ever showed up. After that, they blocked my number and completely ignored me. Extremely disappointing and untrustworthy. Avoid at all costs.
Complete crap – They have completely destroyed my rug. I have a heap of photos of the complete [Content Removed] that they refuse to do anything about. They are now refusing to even take our calls or call us back. Ombudsman will hear about these scammers & con artists i not only want a refund but a completely new rug.

Absolute scammers – Scammers - booked for carpets to be cleaned. Arrived over an hour late after two follow up calls from me full of excuses. Tried so hard to push me into paying cash and made it into a big deal for me pay via card. Have now been seeking a tax invoice for weeks and gave up after about 8 requests to so many different phone numbers. Very, very unprofessional and just wish I had time to look into these guys first
A scam! Don't hire – Hired these guys under Bob's Bees to remove a wasp nest which had fallen out of the tree in our back yard. consult with his colleague who is sitting in the van about where to park - I advise that you can't legally park at the front of my house and I suggest they park around the corner. They decide to leave the van illegally parked there, which I have never seen another tradie attending here do (busy road with lots of trucks).
I take them through and show them the wasp nest sitting on the ground with a few docile wasps crawling over it. They talk for a minute and while they do I pop back in the house to check my dog and to google the number I called earlier, just to check who I had booked as it was seeming dodgier by the second. Nothing came up for the number I called, bit weird. When I come back out one of them is audibly farting, not particularly professional.
They shake the tree around a bit and tell me there's another nest in there (I don't think there is). They can do the one on the ground for $350, and they'll do both for me for $600. I tell them, that sounds a bit steep compared to what else I've seen, I think I'll get some more quotes first. They ask me how much I've seen quoted and I said $150-$200. They tell me again how much they want to charge me, I say no. One of them murmurs '$99 callout fee', which I had not been informed of. I tell them (my voice shaking) I'm not paying that as I wasn't told in advance. He asks how much I can pay for the removal, $200? I say I'm not negotiating with them and ask them to leave, I show them the door. Let me pause here to tell you that after two days the wasps left the nest on the ground and my partner picked it up and disposed of it with a plastic bag.
A couple of days later I get two calls from 0481 610 305 which I don't answer. Then I get a text from the same number asking me to confirm if the wasp removal had taken place. I tell them no, they want to 'know the reason?!' and I ask why they want to know. Of course it's 'for the feedback!' I thank them for their kind interest but tell them I'm not interested in giving feedback.
This next bit may not be related to the lovely people at Bob's Bees and it's subsidiaries/parent companies - but I think it probably is. I get an email from one Hobert Hollingworth, 6 minutes after I send my last text about 'the feedback!', confirming that my order for a brand spanking new iPhone 15 has been confirmed and 'will reflect on my statement shortly'. Hobert thanks me for my trust in him and his website. Attached is a dodgy little PayPal receipt, imploring me to call (02) 8007 3541 to block this transaction. I'm thinking of calling and checking in on the price of a wasp removal, but maybe I shouldn't stir the hornets' nest. In short, don't hire them. I leave you with the Franklin D. Roosevelt quote which was ignominiously included in the PayPal email: "The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today." I suggest that you doubt away when it comes to Bob's Bees (and subsidiaries, and parent companies).
SCAM forced to pay over $2K – We were quoted $250 when Sam and his friend turned up they did the job then insisted we pay $2068 to them immediately, we were nervous so paid the money then rang the bank to stop the transaction as clearly this was a scam. We have reported to fair trading and encourage others to do the same thing.

However, upon arrival, the technician, Sam, demanded an additional $250 specifically for spider treatment, which was not part of our agreement. This pricing discrepancy is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company's transparency.
During the service, Sam neglected to treat one of the laundry rooms in my house, despite it having two access points. Despite my immediate notification of this oversight, Sam promised to return but never did, despite my numerous attempts to contact him. This lack of follow-up and customer service is disappointing.
Additionally, despite promises of providing an invoice or receipt detailing the work done and treatments applied, I have yet to receive any documentation, which is concerning. It has been two weeks since the service, and I am still awaiting this basic documentation.
Moreover, the effectiveness of the treatment is highly questionable. Sam assured me of a noticeable reduction in pests within 20-25 days, but there has been no such improvement. In fact, there has been no impact on the pest population within my residence, raising doubts about the quality of the treatment.
Another concerning aspect is the impact on pets. Despite Sam's assurance that the treatment is pet-friendly, my dog fell ill the next day after following his instructions to keep my pet indoors post-cleaning. This raises serious doubts about the safety standards practiced by the company.
Furthermore, the methodology employed during the pest control service was unprofessional. Unlike other experiences where larger spray machines were used for a thorough treatment, Sam only used a small handheld spray bottle, which seems inadequate for a property of my size.
Despite these issues, the company only refunded $250 out of the $500 paid, which is unacceptable given the lack of results. I can still see spiders and insects in the house, indicating that the treatment was ineffective.
Overall, my experience with Sams Maintenance Company has been highly disappointing, and I would not recommend their services.

Scary scam – Turned up 2 hours late and wanted to charge $1500 for WASP removal. They were going to sedate the wasps and cut a hole in our pantry wall and remove them. This was scary. Zero stars, a total waste of money – Sam turned up, sprayed for a few minutes and requested the money to be bank transferred immediately. Substandard service – A person from the subcontinent arrived with poor English, marched through the house in boots knocked articles down causing minor damage without informing me. The treatment was rudimentary, unconvincing and costly. My advise is to steer well clear of Bobs Maintenance and pest control which subcontracts to this "Sam" person. 0/10.
Scam Business. DO NOT BOOK – Charged almost $800 for possum removal and said they would return in 15 days if the possums weren't gone to remove them. They have hung up as soon as they hear it's me on every line and have actively avoided the issue for over 2 months.

They robbed our curtains – This company has taken our curtains n have not returned it even after 2 months. We have called them for the past 2 months but they have not answered our calls. Please beware as this is a scam. They have charged us $1000.

Scam!! – Do not let them into your house! Booked through oneflare for possum removal. 2 men came, checked my roof, tried to claim some nonsense that they would need to finish the job later. They stood beside me and demanded I pay $1782. They refused to leave until I did a direct transfer which they watched and took photos of. I had my three young kids with me. It seems like these scammers are getting increasingly dangerous. Please be careful.
They actually presented as “morris pest removal” however the abn is linked to Sams. They have several websites and go by different names
Dishonest and take advantage of vulnerable citizens – My 83 year old mother recently had a swarm of bees nesting on her verandah. She called Sam’s and was advised that the charge would be about $250. While this was a lot of money for her, she felt she had no choice. 2 men arrived, and they removed the bees in less than an hour. They then told her it was $1300, and she was lucky because it was a ‘$2000 job’. She felt that she had no option but to pay. These people should be put out of business.

calls and says there are 2 nests cost would be $700 , I said now way was quoted $250, he then says $500 I said no then it was $400 to do 2 nests I said no just do one... when I arrived he was waiting for money, I said that didn't take long did you get up and spray I holes under roof, he said yes..
