This behavior was really unprofessional and I will never apply with them for any loan 2- I was sure that there’s no issue with my application and I could afford the repayments easily. I explained to the agent that as I have some renovation I spend couple of thousands these months in Bunnings and it shouldn’t be considered as a regular expense which may affect my serviceability but unfortunately they didn’t even check it with me and rejected my application in less than an hour. So, really disappointing

Very expensive – After getting a quote for a Personal Loan of $14000 I declined. The fees were going to be over $1000 just for the loan nearly 10% of the loan! After working out it over 5 years the total repayments were going to be over $21000 really not worth it. The rep was also very rude and pushy. angry at me in the email because he got charged by Savvy for the lead he already had as if I did it on purpose. How would I know doing that is going to cost him money?

When I didn't take the loan he warned me another provider would charge me high interest if I didn't pay on time. Not really his concern how I manage my loans but in any case I already know this and why I've always paid my loans on time so for me this is a non-issue.

Very unprofessional

Totally Inefficient – First application 20/5/23. No acknowledgement , numerous emails sent , no reply. 2 weeks later, decided to cancel. Second attempt 30/6/23. No conveying at all. Excellent customer service, fast approval – I found Jay at Savvy to be extremely responsive and efficient with this loan. The car dealership were difficult to deal with but Jay was very professional and hot things sorted. I didn't initially realise there was a commission payable by myself.
