Manny did an excellent job deep cleaning my three armchairs and footstool. He was lovely, friendly, and very professional throughout the whole process. The furniture looks fantastic, and I’m so happy with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again and will definitely be calling him next time.

The appointment was on time. The guy was very quick and I didn’t stand over him and point out where he had missed… I should have. I left the room, as he started but popped back in after 10 minutes. inspect and one of the pillows hadn’t been touched. I chased him on the way out and he cleaned the pillow of the couch! . I don’t know whether he couldn’t be bothered filling the water up constantly ( the machine was downstairs, and the couch was upstairs). But the job wasn’t thorough… apparently it was the deep clean job. After he left I did a closer inspection and contacted the company and told them I wasn’t happy. We had rearranged for him to return at 3 pm. Of course, then he couldn’t make it until Sunday morning ( this was Fridays afternoon!). I asked for a partial refund ( after the messing me around and him not being able to come back to complete the job!) and was offered a 30% refund. Which is quite an insult as now I have to hire someone else to redo the job. Please note the photos are AFTER he finished the job. Use at your own peril… hire someone decent and get the job done once

Today I had my furniture cleaned by Scourdry for the first time. I was thoroughly impressed as Sam was not only polite, professional and hardworking he did a wonderful job and was also happy to offer advice which I really appreciated. I highly recommend his service and I will be calling again next year to have my furniture spring cleaned once more.

Don’t use scourdry – It is 24 hours since scourdry cleaned my carpets and couches. They are still wet and can’t be used although the cleaner assured me that the couches would be dry in 4hours and the carpet within 7. the couches have pilling problems that were not there before the clean in fact the b can ouches had just been recovered 3 years ago.
Bad job. Took only 25 mns and left the couch smelling horrible – He quoted me $120 and when arrived he said the stains were too bad and it is recommended to charge $200 as this will remove stains and leave the couch clean and smelling great The smell is horrible and still lingering and the stains haven’t been removed as promised. Not happy with their job.
They are rubbish at their job – Nah came and told me how experienced he was he had to go a lounge and hallway, quoted $55 all good l asked how much extra for the bedroom entries of that hallway, extra $35 no problem go ahead. that was unbearable we burnt candles and sprayed carpet deodorisers nothing. I phoned and complained to Steve who said to leave windows open for a couple more day which l did. I explained to Steve that all Nav did was lightly spray the carpet with water and that there was no way he steamed them correctly. I called back 2 weeks later and spoke to Steve, he told me that Nav is away and we can’t come back because we don’t have anyone down Frankston way! He said he will refund me $50 from his own pocket and l will need to get someone else to do it. No ideal of customer service. Still out of pocket $35 thanks Steve but your gesture of $50 doesn’t cut it mate. My advise stay clear of this company. Oh sure they will get friends and family to write positive reviews but l warn you stay away.

Couch looks brand new – Got my couch and carpets steam cleaned. They were really professional, focused and easy to work with. Got all the stains out which thought will be hard to remove. Get prices too. My couch dried in 3 hours as per my last experience with other company took 2 day to dry which is huge difference. Place smells nicer now as well. Will highly recommend to anyone.
