75% coverage and that's exactly what I received. For us, this policy has been excellent value. We are recommending all our dog owning friends to use this company for their pet insurance needs. We have been with Australian Seniors Pet Insurance for about 18 months. Set up was very simple and done over the phone.

little option but to discontinue the policy. It seems as though, once a dog reaches an age beyond which a policy (with a new insurer, say) cannot be initiated, insurers effectively have you over a barrel. Not nice.

More expensive than some other premiums – The Policy was quite easy to set up, however it is quite expensive compared to some other Pet Insurance Company premiums. Easy and good value – The policy was easy to set up and comparatively good value for money. Speedy reimbursement..if you can find the login! – Claims are very easy, requiring either the vet to send off notes and invoice or providing an electronic invoice for claim. Once you find the log in, it's very easy to claim. Reimbursement is usually within 24 hours, which is great if your pet has been hospitalised and costs have bee n high. Incompetent, never again – It took three months for a basic claim to be processed, with the same questions asked over and over again. How many times did this company want the medical history of my little dog? 4 times it was sent. Cannot get onto the portal as it only comes up with HTML. I finally wrote to the head of the company after this going back and forward for 3 months and it was sorted. However, due to this appalling customer service, I cancelled the policy.  Show details
