OTHERS DO IT WAY BETTER. AVOID! Expensive and their quality of work is shocking. Looked like they had just gone round with a Rag and Hoovered, for $800. Refused to come back in the complete the clean, claiming they need a Report, but then when provided written proof from our Agent that some things need fixing up, they claimed it was after their 4 days grace period so there would be additional cost. Day light robbery!

company was given a second opportunity to rectify these items, yet many of the same problems remained. Areas that were either missed entirely or cleaned to an unacceptable standard included the kitchen, bathrooms, skirting boards, window tracks, light fittings, cupboards, surfaces, and general detailing throughout the property. Dust, dirt, marks, and cleaning residue were still present after the cleaners had attended not once, but twice. The most frustrating part was that despite paying for a professional bond clean, the real estate agency ultimately had to undertake further cleaning themselves before the new tenants could move into the property. This should never happen after a company has been paid to complete a bond clean and then provided with a second opportunity to rectify their work.

Moving house is stressful enough without having to chase cleaners, arrange re-inspections, and deal with ongoing cleaning issues. We paid for a service that was not delivered to an acceptable standard and were left extremely disappointed with the outcome.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend this company. If you are looking for a reliable bond cleaner, I would suggest doing thorough research and considering alternative providers. We spent a lot of money expecting a professional result and unfortunately did not receive one. My wife even raised the rug issue with the cleaners before they left, but they refused to fix it. The company is now denying this and refusing to refund the unwarranted fee, hiding behind a strict policy. Other problems included the team late and leaving uncleaned spots. The high cost was not justified by the poor quality, and the resolution process was incredibly frustrating.

Really impressed with The Best Bond Cleaning. They were communicative, punctual and did a thorough job on the bond clean. Great value for money and a very smooth process from start to finish. Would happily use them for weekly cleans and our office cleaning ans well and highly recommend.

glass. When contacted to rectify the issue with the blinds the cleaner was again late (this time by hours) and did not complete the work required. I had to follow up and confirm that the work had not been done. Ended up getting a small refund. Despite requesting a refund pretty quickly, the company in multiple correspondence asked to confirm cleaners returning. Given they had failed to complete the work twice already I was not interested in them returning again. The quality of the work was not commensurate with the cost and I will not engage them again.

I would not recommend this company. They charged $1600 which included wall, carpet and blind cleaning as additional chosen services. The carpet was cleaned poorly. The blinds were not cleaned and the walls were patchy and not cleaned well, with most not cleaned at all. Then getting hold of them to go back under warranty has been difficult and they refused because they deny receiving our calls within the 7 day guarantee period.

day came and we had heard nothing by 6pm (first red flag) so I gave them A call. The call was answered with a “hello” no announcing the business and who they were (which was my second red flag & had alarm bells ringing). After explaining I hadn’t been contacted re arrival time I was advised “I will check and let you know” and then they immediately hung up without allowing me a chance to answer, they never called back but low and behold an email with arrival time came an hour or so later. Fast forward to the following day I arrived at the home to await their arrival in the 1 hour time frame they gave to which they never showed up. I again called after waiting longer than the arrival window to Which we were met with the same poor customer service “I will check and let you know” followed by immediate hang up. I waited an additional 30 minutes to which they still didn’t turn up AND still to this moment in time (3hrs later) have not called me back to “let me know”. If they even bothered to show to anyone’s booking, they expect payment upfront before completing any works which i would not trust after this nightmare!! Scammers? Probably

stain marks on the carpets after cleaning them and didn't even look like the toilets were cleaned. Absolute scam company who try to intimidate you to pay immediately so you can contest the works they haven't completed. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY.

Honestly impressed with the level of care these guys put into their work. Our showroom stays spotless, even in high-traffic areas. The team is professional, polite, and always on time. It’s nice not having to follow up or remind anyone — they just get it done properly.

I don't recommend this group for bond cleaning. They only did half the work they were supposed to. And when requested to finish the work by the rental agency after the property inspection, deliberately ignored my calls and emails until it was too late. Unprofessional, unethical, best avoided.

They accused us of urine smell in carpet when they steam cleaned it. We don’t have pets and we are adults and don’t p*ss on the ground. Also they failed to do basic tasks required for a bond clean. They didn’t dust the skirting boards, failed to clean the windows and door tracks, only spot cleaned the walls but charged us for full wall clean. Dodgy work don’t use them. They charged us twice the quoted price and only did half the job
