My experience with online and in-store (South Wharf Melbourne) customer service has been excellent. I had an issue with a Braun trimmer and it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily with an offer of store credit to purchase a superior replacement. deserves feedback because it went from me being blindsided at the counter to the store mgr + state mgr + Nat sales mgr resolving the problem in 20 mins. This 'no-warranty' policy caused distress the shop-assistant (he handled the incident well), required me to be confrontational whilst having to take my issue to senior management. This was a $25 round-trip into the city. I don't know about other people but I wasn't leaving empty handed nor forking out an extra $56 to replace a non-performing part. page does not clarify that the reviews are for a newer model, which is misleading.

I contacted customer service, and to their credit, they processed a refund quickly. However, the listing is still using BEAR 2 reviews while selling the BEAR 1 at a premium price, which can easily confuse other buyers.

The BEAR 1 itself works well, but shoppers should be aware this is not the BEAR 2 despite the reviews suggesting otherwise. I hope Shaver Shop updates the listing to avoid future confusion.

return, not like the others (Philips & ...) offers a free returns, and i have to wait more than 2 weeks and after 4 phone calls ( they do not answer the calls, and if they do they divert you to another and then hang up) and still waiting for the refund, I have not get it yet. definitely i do not recommend at all, special with the unprofessional customer service, and bad shaving.

ever! There were extremely prompt in their replies, I contacted them via email and they always replied within less than 24hrs, and they were always kind and helpful in their response. They always had my best interests at heart. It wasn’t like other companies that really don’t want to help and want to protect their money and never help with a warranty and you have to jump through hoops for months. The Shaver Shop was a breath of fresh air. They were extremely efficient, even brought solutions to me rather than me ask for solutions to be put on the table. They were always thinking one step ahead with me at the forefront of their minds. I honestly couldn’t think higher of a company and I would definitely no hesitation purchase from them again due to my experience. I purchased from the online store but when I sent my IPL to get checked it got sent to the Shaver Shop in Garden City, who called me on the phone and were also extremely friendly and lovely. It is hard these days to be met with such a kind bubbly helpful voice and the girls at garden city done just that and made me feel like an actual person, not a number. So I want to say all in all my customer service experience was 300% out of 100 I am so happy with how they manage and helped me with everything. And it has reassured me that if I have any problem with a future purchase that they have my back 100%. That is always a worry when ordering an expensive product online, so knowing that they do help me will encourage me to trust in this company. I encourage anyone thinking about buying a product but hesitant about the cost versus the follow-up help if needed, that it is there and it is there in spades. I had an issue with a Braun Oral-B toothbrush not charging (which was unusual, because I have never had any problems before). I contacted the Shaver Shop and they advised me to take the toothbrush into my nearest store with the receipt of purchase.
