I placed an online order and whilst I did have to pay for the shipping it was delivered to home within an hour. Entirely due to my own fault I ordered the wrong part. Called and they have shipped the correct part to me and allowed me to send the incorrect one back even though it was opened. Couldn't be more helpful.

I bought the Advanced Coconut Therapy Hair Straightener and it was as cheaply made as the $89 cost. Bought purely on the possibly fake reviews. It was not faulty and I repacked it to return for a refund and was told over the phone I won’t be receiving a refund as the product was not faulty and although it was less than 7 days upon receiving it. I’ve never come across such a complicated refund process and one that requires the product to be faulty in order to return it.

It’s bad 2 months ago I bought a GHD I still don’t have it. They are blocking me refusing to send a refund or sort out my purchase worst experience ever. I do a lot of online shopping and shaver shop should be shut down. Thieves!!

No answers except they had to order it in. They sell items they don’t have. Still no product 3 weeks after they said it was sent they blame post. No tracking no confirmation it was posted only letters and numbers that aren’t aust post worthy. Disgusting follow up have no concerns about how much I have invested in the GHD and no action or contact made 3 times when they said someone would let me know. Buyer beware do not have buy from these guys. I will be responding to consumer affairs. They can pay them for their incompetence

ordered online and paid express post as shaver is for someone in hospital and needs it urgently hence why i paid express post . 2 days later still no tracking , call support who say its stuck in the system( in other words no one had even looked at the order ) and also as not available in NSW it will need to be sent from Victoria , but that will take another 2 days before it is even shipped . Same day delivery is offered for a price but again wasn't an option ( and no way I was paying more after already waiting 2 days )no one tried to fix the ...

They do not stand by their refund policy and will do whatever is possible not to refund your money. The product I purchased does not do what they promised on their website it would do i.e straighten thick and difficult to manage hair. Their refund policy states they will give a refund if the item does not do what they said it will do. When I tried to get a refund they have done everything possible to deny the refund saying in reply that they do not provide a refund where the customer is "dissatisfied".
