Sheridan Physical store

The quality of the down dooner is the poorest quality I ever came across. It sheds so much my husband can't stop sneezing not to mention we vacuum every day since we bought it. I thought by paying top price I would get quality but unfortunately we did not. I give this dooner zero out of ten. I hope this helps some consumers.

I have purchased Sheridan sheets & towels for many many years and always received quality products. However, my recent purchase has left me quite disappointed. & itchy on my skin. The last set of towels were also a let down as they became quite thin lacking the softness and loft.

I’m so disappointed with the Sheridan sheets I purchased, sadly they have worn right through and have holes in the fitted sheet. I called for support and was told there is no warranty on sheets. No more Sheridan expensive poor quality for me. I deserves a rating less than 1 star.

I cannot compliment the Victoria Gardens store highly enough. Excellent EOFY sales and the outstanding customer service I received from Aaron combined to make this visit well worth the effort. Sheridan Quilt cover without a cover – We did our Bed Linen shopping at an outlet store today. The Customer Service ladies were very helpful and given us the right advice, to choose our items. people touching the products, you are unable to use them without washing. This supposed to be the no 1 product, however all the other similar products and even the cheaper ones have a cover and a picture. How come Sheridan had gone to such a lower level?

have a copy of the receipt on their system… It’s a long time however my details were on their system and they could see that there were purchases made. The staff were extremely lovely and helpful. They wrote an email stating that I had been a customer for a long time and that I indeed purchased a quilt, and other products from the store That email was presented to the dry cleaners for their insurance purposes. Nevertheless what surfaced out of all this was that I did get a new quilt from Sheridan as a replacement via dry cleaning company at their expense More so the lovely ladies from Castle hill store were extremely patient and helpful throughout the whole process Sheridan your quality is next level but more so your staff are outstanding and am so grateful for all their help Bec and Mary were amazing throughout all of this and am extremely grateful!!!

Have been shopping at Sheridan for years but today went to the Aspley store and wanted to buy a king size mattress protector. Went to open the zip to feel the cover and it was snatched back by the salesgirl Samantha who said the item could not be opened. That's it for me - won't go back. Alfoil sheets – Purchased two sets of sheets form Sheridan. They are like sleeping on alfoil. Rang head office sent pictures and how they were washed. The response was use warm water. Nothing else so disappointed with the response. I have washed and dried the sheets 3 times and they are no softer. Expected top quality for the price we paid and I would not recommend Sheridan sheets to anyone.

Do not waste your money! – Purchased the very expensive pillowcases (to fit our newly purchased pillows). Can't return item when bought with a voucher – I have spent >$500.- in the last few months at the Sheridan Outlets in SEQ and received a voucher. I bought yesterday an item with that voucher, which turned out to be too big and wanted to return it today. Of course you can't without losing the voucher!!!!! swapping anything for it. So the voucher would be null and void. What is the point of a terribly set up system like that, if it is not customer friendly. These guys are just scam artists and con customers which ever way they like. I am done with sheridan and will boycott them from now on. Not worth to deal with them and have to deal with terrible staff in their outlets. Go and spend your money somewhere else. These guys don't deserve it. When will companies like Sheridan understand how important good customer service is. I am from Europe and there they are really trying to please customers and sell stuff, not like here.

nasty, poor quality, undersized and absolutely NOTHING "sateen" about them, with a course, rough texture just like cheap cotton sheets from K mart. Absolute trash quality and a complete waste of money. I will NEVER purchase anything from Sheridan again. Shameful...

Do not buy Larken Bath Mat – Sheridan bath mat 'Larken' is very poor quality. This became lop sided after one week. Having it on the floor of a top class bathroom makes the bathroom look cheap because it is so wonky. I purchased it from Myer and do not have the receipt. Myer won't help because I can't access my Myerone App. Sheridan doesn't even want to know! Would have been better off buying a cheap bath mat from Kmart.

even worse, the numerous broken and/or pulled loops on the weave of the towels. This is not the quality we expected of 'luxury' towels. Having carefully chosen these towels because of their subtle, neutral shade, and their softness, she was in two minds as to whether to return them for a refund. However, it is a long drive back to the store. It took her about an hour to carefully 'repair' these brand new towels. She said that she will follow the washing instructions and see how these 'luxury' towels look and perform over a few months. Then she will do another review.

Cheap sheets cost 200 reduced from 400 – Sheets cost 400 dollars then discount to 200. Suppose to be sateen. Got home and find out made in India. I washed them once and all the sheen disappeared looking like cheap 50 dollars sheets. Quality of this store has gone downhill. Show details

Linen Sheets didn’t last! – I bought multiple pairs of linen king size sheets . One top sheet lasted about 5 weeks when a long tear appeared. I wash in cold water and line dry. Sheridan linen again. I’ve used their cotton sheets for years and they’re great. We also have Royal Doulton linen from Briscoes. No problems there.

back talking which we could hear through the door, so we proceeded to look at the doonas selecting the 4 we wanted and moved on to pillows. My husband slightly opened the zip of a $140 pillow to feel the fabric and came over to let me know these are the ones to get. Well a staff member women mid 50;s proceeded to come over to the pillow and screamed at us "dont open these" there is a display wall whilst rolling her eyes! Well maybe if you actually were on the floor servicing your customers we wouldn't , I understand if that is their policy but to be yelled at by some cranky old women who clearly hates her job and has no idea of service. She then muttered under her breath "like i want to be closing this each day" so clearly everyone does it because she doesn't service anyone or know what customer service is. I politely turned to her and said you are so rude and i wont shop with someone who would speak to anyone like that, she replied im not rude its for hygiene purposes and said good don't shop here. To say Im appalled is an under statement, Sheridan you lost a customer who has always brought your brand because you have a staff member who is aggressive rude and too lazy to actually help anyone out. I know people have bad days but this women mid 50's blonde bobbed hair is aggressive and deeply hates her job and generally life as a whole. shopping elsewhere. disappointed at how rough and scratchy they are. I’m returning the second set, I only wish I could do the same with the ones I tried. They will end up in the bin instead. Sheridan used to be good but I wouldn’t recommend them anymore. Don’t waste your money like I did.

Bitterly Disappointed – I recently purchase a Hotel Luxury 1,000 thread count queen bed sheet set. The packaging states they are suitable for a bed with 40cm depth. have discoloured as well. We are not going to bother returning them a fifth time and will content ourselves with some other products. It’s a pity when companies trade on a good name, while diminishing quality in the name of profitability. That is not a long-term strategy for success.

BYO BAG – Having purchased around $100 worth of towels bathmats, I was not given a bag to carry them, unless I purchased a bag. As I didn't have cash,I had to carry everything 1km back to my car along a busy shopping strip. Luckily it wasn't raining. Received an unhelpful and insipid response from head office.

Sheridan Supersoft Luxury Towel Collection in Anthracite – Towel felt super soft at store but the 'supersoft' promise didn't even last one wash. Poor customer service- faulty item – Terrible customer service for a faulty product. Needed to have receipt to do the exchange and had to return in store despite living 430km away in the country.
