THAT SIMPLE. EASY PEEZY. As long as Tracy is at Shiels Innaloo, I will be a loyal customer. I am a Costco Executive member and can purchase watches online or at the two local Perth area warehouses at excellent prices. Tracy and Shiels smashed the prices I would have paid at Costco. May I add, Costco Executive members get two percent back up to a maximum rebate of one thousand dollars per year. Again, thank you SO MUCH Tracy of Shiels Innaloo. YOU ARE Da BESTEST. I am VERY HAPPY to be one of your newest clients. Also if you want to see the watches I purchased...have a look at the video. Oohbytheway...in the video I forgot to mention that the Seiko Contura solar perpetual model is accurate to 15 seconds a month and once the time is set, never needs adjusting until Feb 2100. Don't think I am gonna last that long. The dates, day of week and month automatically adjust / update, EVEN IN LEAP YEARS. ALL of the watches I purchased are accurate to 15 seconds per month. Rolex only guarantees accuracy of 2 seconds per day. In closing, if you are in the vicinity of Shiels Innaloo, or within a 3 hour drive of Shiels Innaloo, You will do yourself a favour by visiting Tracy. The savings you will see on your purchase will more than cover the fuel costs to get there. Thank You again Tracy.

I purchased a watch that was handed to me packaged, and when I opened it at home, it was scratched and missing any protective plastic on the front. I called the store immediately for a refund or exchange and explained the situation.… Read more
Despite clearly stating it was damaged straight out of the box, I was told refunds weren’t possible due to store policy. [Name Removed] had to check with her manager, as they initially assumed I had damaged the item myself. Eventually, they agreed to an exchange.
When I went back to the store, [Name Removed] was again unhelpful. There was no replacement in stock except for the same damaged item, and no alternative solutions were offered. I ended up choosing a different watch and added a pair of earrings to my purchase. When paying the difference, I was charged $20 more than the actual price. I questioned it, but [Name Removed] insisted it was correct, even going so far as to calculate it in front of me to justify the overcharge.
The entire experience was disappointing. I ended up going to another Shield store where the staff were much more helpful and professional. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the Narellan location.

ladies called "Hayat and Nili" assisted me about the problem and after a quick phone call told me I could have a replacement or full refund. Without hesitation I selected another watch even better than the first (same price). This watch worked perfectly and on Friday 20/2 I returned and thanked "Hayat" and she also removed 2 band links as the watch was a bit sloppy on my wrist. She did this without hesitation. I am now extremely happy. Shiel Jewellers you have 2 great assets in "Hayat and Nili". Magnificent customer service.

Unreal I’ve tried on way more expensive jewellery and never had I ever been treated like this.
You may need to look at your customer service and perhaps security for your one staff that was in your store.

less than 3 months after I was married with a missing diamond this morning there's a diamond missing from engagement ring grrrr Absolutely shonky jewellery shonky craftsmanship and im about to call consumer affairs about this The manager of the store Rockingham wa is nice and its not her fault but its hard to walk in there with a positive mind when I've had absolutely nothing but trouble with their jewellery Today will be episode number I've lost count! But enough is enough something needs to change if you can't provide quality jewellery then you need to close up or find a better jeweller who takes pride in there workmanship So so angry !

I would advise everyone to avoid Shiels. I had purchased a gold chain from them which broke at the slightest movement of wearing it. office stated that it was the customer's fault with no grounds, and they would not even entertain repairing it. It was even suggested that I melt down the chain, with no further recourse. This is appalling customer service, not to mention a complete disregard of consumer law, and poor manufacturing design. I will be taking this case to ACCC. Again, do not visit Shiels unless you wish to waste your money for subpar jewellery and far worse customer service.

that it was my fault and not the manufacturers fault because I asked for a pouch and not a box container. I had to wait for shiels to send the product to head office which they did . About 2 weeks later I telephoned [Name Removed] and she told me that I must purchase something else for the same / greater value. She refused to refund me my money. I purchased a Diamond pendant for $1499 advertised as 1 carat lab grown. When i received the pendant I took this into Angus & Coote in Sydney where i was told that this is not 1 carat and alongside their 1 carat pendants it looked 75 points. I rang and spoke to [Name Removed] she said "I will need the sku number, you will have to post it back to us" I express posted it to them on the 19th August, only to be told today from a manager in NSW that [Name Removed] had refused delivery of the item and had returned the item to sender . I still do not have the pendant. I enclosed my receipt with the sku number for [Name Removed] (but photocopied it) as she told me that she needed this. I have tried ringing the store on numerous occasions in order to find out what has happened and they have blocked me. I have been a good customer of shiels maroochydore for 12 years but I will not shop in Shiels Maroochydore again and I am extremely upset with the the manager for posting the item back to sender regardless of the reliability of Australia Post . I purchased a Seiko solar watch many months ago. At the time of purchase I gave the watch a basic inspection but my assumption was I was being sold a defect free unused watch. full. I also decided to inspect the watch careful and realised it had either been mishandled, or used, or it was a returned watch. The back of the case had a dent and there were some hairline scratches on the side of the case. Whilst it was not obvious from the front I would have expected the watch to be defect free. I returned to the store and I was not happy and I asked the watch to be replaced. Shiels was steadfast in their statement that they would not entertain any thought of a refund or a replacement and that they could only send it to Seiko to be evaluated and repaired regardless of Australian Consumer Law. I found this statement disappointing but I decided it was pointless arguing so I allowed Shiels to return the watch to Seiko for repair. I received the watch back two months later and it was fully charged but there was no description of any work they performed on the watch. There was no other work done on the watch and it was returned complete with dent and case scratches.
I am not going to name the premises I bought the watch from as to be fair the staff were limited by their corporate rules and they were understanding regardless of my sour demeanour. I do have concerns about Shiels as a corporation and I have carefully read their returns conditions on their website. Suffice to say I think they need to be careful about their terms as many of the statements they make on their website would breach the current Australian Consumer Laws.
The lessons I have learned from this process are: 1. Not all Australian businesses respect Australian Consumer Law to the letter 2. Carefully inspect a product before buying it especially if it has been on display in a cabinet in a retail store
