Lovely work. The place is shining. A little hiccup understanding what was required as from the quote but Paul didn’t mind checking with his boss and it all worked out in the end. He is a hard worker.

you get the bare minimum. But Silver Oak works hard to ensure the house is pristine every time. They are accommodating to specific things i need done on particular weeks. I am really happy i found them.

many areas that I ended up having to redo half of it myself. I expected a professional service, but what I got was a frustrating experience. Save your money and look elsewhere!

Not happy with the attitude (or price) – The cleaning is not cheap but we were happy to use their services because the work done was quite thorough. We were not happy about a price increase of 10% even though inflation is less than half of this rate. Decrease your prices to the other customers. When I told them that I didn’t accept their reason for the increase, they withdrew their services. I wish them luck in the future, although I wonder if they will be able to retain customers.
