clearly been disconnected. I canceled the upcoming clean, as this is not a good sign! They are unreachable. The payments holds are still pending 4 days later. Stay away from this company.

Simply scam, cleaners never came but have still been charged. No response to messages, tried calling but phone number just beeps so the number has been disconnected. Unbelievable...

i had a fantastic cleaner with Simply Maid, very reliable & did a great job, however, the business has now disappeared, no website, emails bounce back, can't get in touch with them at all.

Terrible experience! – DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Two experiences in December and January where the cleaners did not turn up - but the payment WAS deducted from our account. Unreliable! No show and charged – The cleaner no show, and couldn’t contact the staff by email or phone (phone number not working). They have charged my credit card ! Terrible

AB FAB Cleaning Job!! – Luisa & Alejandro arrived at 9:10 a.m... The Start of the 1 hour Arrival Window. GREAT!! We 'toured' the Flat...and they set to Work... and I left to Shop... Professionalism, Responsiveness – The cleaner arrived like it was his house. He entered without I even say "come in please" and started to check the rooms and walking through my house without saying anything. safety reasons I asked if he at least could wear something else besides the boots, he said he didn't have any other shoes. I tried to call the company but the call was not going through, I sent an email and they reply: "I'm sorry our phone is being upgraded so we are unable to receive/make phone calls" even tough I sent my mobile number and not a person from the company bother give me a call to discuss the situation. I'm working from home, i didn't feel comfortable with the cleaner this company sent so i decided to cancel the service, now the company is charging me $70,00 for a cancelation fee.

Simply Astounding – Companies that lack integrity are the worst and Simply Maid is one of them. difficulty parking a $50 fee would apply.

Then on 22nd they emailed and wrote to say they had tried to call without success and that they were short-staffed and unable to provide the service. But they didn’t call and there was no voicemail message. When I checked my phone there was only 1 missed call which was from a Perth number.

When I informed them, the response was - “I think that was me.”

If you can’t provide the service, you advertise that fair enough. But to email and text to say you had called and failed to reach me when you didn’t – well, that’s bad. But to then claim the call from Perth was theirs when they’re based in Sydney – that’s ridiculous.

Great service – Great service provided by team Ivan & Huss in Melbourne. They did a fantastic job of cleaning my house and I will definitely be using them again. Perfect cleaners – I have tried them once and they were very impressive cost effective specially with there oven and shower screen spotless clean as brand new. Highly recommend to try aleast once. Show reply

Very expensive! – The clean was ok, but for a very small unit (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom), it was VERY expensive. The staff were really nice and tried hard and the cost was not their fault. Over $350 for the clean which took 2 people 2 hours. That's about $80 per person per hour!

Doesn’t live up to the website – Simply Maid has a attractive and useable website that promises to take the hassle out of cleaning. After booking the cleaning team contacted me directly to try to change the date. The overall clean was ok, but left some obvious surfaces untouched.
