Singh homes has started a initiative where they email their customers on every activity. I.e site cut, electricity connection and pour which was not earlier and keep me informed.

So far I am happy, watch this space for upcoming construction journey with me . I will be brutally true here.

5 stars are indication of until now. And final verdict will be around starting of next year.

could be improved is the quotation\planning stage. There were a few details that we had discussed and agreed on verbally, but unfortunately, they weren’t reflected in the final plans. As we were inexperienced, we didn’t pick up on these discrepancies at the time.

Once construction started, however, the process was orderly and smooth. Our site supervisor, Martin Turpie, took over after the slab stage and was very easy to deal with throughout the build. He managed the construction seamlessly and was always approachable whenever we had questions or concerns. Items identified in the inspection report were promptly explained and rectified.

There were a few issues along the way, but we approached them with a give and take attitude. Overall, we are happy with the final finish and workmanship of our home.

We’re currently mid-way through our double-storey build with Singh Homes in Box Hill South (just passed lock-up stage) and wanted to share our experience so far. sends us consistent weekly updates and photos of the site, so we always know exactly what’s happening without having to chase anyone. Every question we raise gets a prompt, straight answer. What we appreciate most is how well he runs the site. He coordinates the trades and activities so the build keeps moving. There has been no delay between lock-up and fixing stage, and things happen when he says they will. He genuinely takes ownership of our home. Building a house is stressful, but having a supervisor like Martin has taken most of that stress away. Martin has been the biggest reason our build has run so smoothly to dates. We have built with other builders before this and Martin has been the best site supervisor that I’ve dealt with so far.

During pre-construction, the team also made a genuine effort to find better solutions for our site. Our block would normally have required a stormwater pit and pump system at significant extra cost, but Vicki in customer service worked with the team and genuinely helped find an alternative drainage solution that avoided it entirely. Vicki is very thorough, responsive through the contract stage.

We also received good service from our sales consultant Rishi and colour selection designer Olivia. They understood our requirements, incorporated our feedback and gave us helpful suggestions. The whole process went smoothly.

Our build with Singh Homes so far has been solid. We’ll update again after handover.

challenge—independent inspection reports were often not acknowledged, and updates on rectification works were only provided after repeated follow‑ups and escalation to management. Even then, not all reported issues were rectified, nor were we consistently informed of completed fixes.

Since Adrian took over, the experience has significantly improved. He is professional, transparent, and proactive, and under his supervision the project progressed smoothly to the lock‑up stage. Adrian promptly and thoroughly reviews defects identified by our independent inspector, discusses them with us, and ensures all issues are addressed. He has also conducted his own inspections and coordinated directly with the framing team to rectify additional items he identified.

Overall, we are satisfied with Singh Homes’ performance to date and are particularly pleased with Adrian’s professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. His responsiveness and transparency during the process have been greatly appreciated.
