challenge—independent inspection reports were often not acknowledged, and updates on rectification works were only provided after repeated follow‑ups and escalation to management. Even then, not all reported issues were rectified, nor were we consistently informed of completed fixes.

Since Adrian took over, the experience has significantly improved. He is professional, transparent, and proactive, and under his supervision the project progressed smoothly to the lock‑up stage. Adrian promptly and thoroughly reviews defects identified by our independent inspector, discusses them with us, and ensures all issues are addressed. He has also conducted his own inspections and coordinated directly with the framing team to rectify additional items he identified.

Overall, we are satisfied with Singh Homes’ performance to date and are particularly pleased with Adrian’s professionalism, honesty, and clear communication. His responsiveness and transparency during the process have been greatly appreciated.

outstanding work throughout the construction process. We went through several project managers during the build, which created some uncertainty along the way. Alex took over the project during a challenging phase with many unknowns and unresolved issues, yet he managed everything proactively and professionally. His friendly approach, clear communication, and availability made it very easy for us to discuss concerns and move forward smoothly.

I would also like to thank Ravindra Muralasetti, who worked as an Assistant Project Coordinator at the time. He was approachable, professional, and handled several façade-related issues in a reasonable and practical manner. His support was greatly appreciated.

Additionally, a big thank you to Ramanpreet Singh - Samee (Assistant Project Coordinator), who supported us for many years, from the initial stages right through to final completion. He was consistently professional, responsive, and pleasant to work with.

As this is an unbiased review, I would also like to mention an issue we encountered so that potential customers are fully informed. During the initial consultation phase, we selected four corinthian pillars for the façade, which cost us $24,000. Due to technical and design-related issues, these pillars were ultimately not installed. However, we were initially reimbursed only $6,000 and later managed to recover half of the total cost ($12,000) after multiple follow-ups, thanks to Ravindra Muralasetti’s assistance.

We were never provided with an itemized cost breakdown for these pillars, despite requesting it multiple times. While we understand that pricing structures vary and changes at different stages can affect costs, this lack of transparency was disappointing. When we attempted to clarify this matter further, Vicki Tsoutsoulis was unfortunately very rude and stated that all four pillars should have only cost $6,000, which raised concerns about the original pricing. Furthermore, the reason the pillars could not be installed was primarily related to technical drawings and architectural constraints, yet the responsibility was placed on us for choosing larger pillars despite not being informed of such limitations during selection.

Overall, despite this issue, we are very happy with Singhomes. This is my second review for Singhomes, as I had already provided a pre-build review earlier.

Currently, we are working with Alison Grigg from the Maintenance Department as we go through the maintenance phase. We will see how this process goes and will provide a further review based on that experience.

We settled our land in June 2025, and our handover was completed before Christmas – which is incredibly fast. The build quality is excellent, and we are absolutely in love with our new home.

With Roshan Khatri, who initiated the project and then left but came back halfway, in fact, took away most of our anxieties; Roshan was always there to provide us the extra support and assurance and responded efficiently to work on the findings that came through external building inspections at several stages of the construction. The journey would have been difficult if we had not got a supportive and skilful project manager like Roshan.

The quality of work by Singh Homes, I would say, matched with what we have seen in their display homes.

In the end, we are satisfied with the home that we got, a 68 sqm home by the river which looks stunning inside and out!

The build quality is commendable, and we are happy with the final result.

However, I must mention that our experience with the sales representative, Nikhil, was not up to expectations. He lacked the necessary knowledge and clarity, particularly when it came to facade pricing, which led to some confusion. Transparency during the sales process could definitely be improved.

Despite this, Singh Homes delivered a quality home and provided good support throughout the construction phase. With some improvements in the initial sales experience, they could easily reach a 5-star level.

Do NOT build with them at any cost. I had my handover in October 2024 - it is now 2026, and faulty items from that handover are STILL unresolved. The aftercare has been an absolute nightmare. Trades show up once every 2–3 months, fix one small issue, and then you’re stuck in an endless loop of calls and emails just to get another trade booked…… Read more

months later… for the next defect. It is exhausting and completely unacceptable.

The workmanship is shocking. Our flooring is scratched, there is excess caulking around sinks, and caulking and grout stuck all over wooden cabinetry. The glass balustrade is scratched, and there were multiple rendering issues that should never have passed inspection.

The metal transition strips between flooring in different rooms are scratched and poorly finished. There are visible stain runs on the wooden stairs, which looks terrible and completely unfinished. These are basic finishing details - not minor defects.

And mind you, we paid a significant amount in upgrades, only to receive this level of poor quality.

To make matters worse, there has been zero consistency in management: three property supervisors resigned during a single build ([Name Removed], [Name Removed], and [Name Removed] – Head of Maintenance). That alone reflects the internal disorganisation.

This has been a drawn-out, frustrating experience with poor service, poor maintenance resolution, and poor tradesmanship across the southeast.
