Happy with my purchase
Online storeI am so happy with my purchase. The dining table came with no fault or defects. They delivered the item much earlier than expected. The quality of the table is really good and it looks same as the photo in the website. The customer service is so helpful.
One suggestion: please text the customer before delivering the item. Even though I did put this in the comments but I haven’t received any text to inform me that our item is going to be delivered or it has been delivered!

One good one bad
Online storeI purchased 2 bar stools, this process was simple and fast. They arrived really quickly too. However this is where things got interesting. One stool, simple to assemble, no problems at all. The second one well, base part looks the same but holes in the seat have slightly different spacing. Absolutely impossible to attach the base/legs to the seat.
I rang you the next day and was told very bluntly to take photos and send an email. Customer service was not good.
Email will be sent today and I am hoping for a quick response so that we can resolve this and we can have 2 lovely bar stools to use!!

Online storeI wanted a specific dinning table from SK Designer, but it was out of stock and only available through Brosa website. It said it would be available on the 06/06 so I waited for that day. It was indeed available, so I ordered.
I received the parcel 2 days after, in perfect condition, however some bits where missing.
I messaged the customer service on Saturday night, and I had a reply on Sunday morning (!) saying they would send the missing bits on the following working day, in express delivery. And... They did. It took 1 day for me to received

Excellent quality at an excellent price
Online storeI ordered x 3 Replica Eames bar stools in white. The order was processed and delivered quickly and efficiently. I was kept informed with updates during the whole process. Upon arrival I found the chairs to be extremely well packaged to prevent any damage. They were simple to assemble and look fantastic. The materials are of excellent quality and very sturdy. I have had many comments from friend about how nice the stools look. I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish. I would definitely recommend purchasing from this company.

Delivery was fast coming from Melb to Bris. Arrived in perfect condition & quality, it looks even better in person :D
Seat was bigger or wider than expected, but Im glad it is cos its a lot comfier (:
Only issue was I don't remember getting instructions for it, kinda had to wing it. It came in 2 parts (the Seat & Legs) & a bag with little pieces to help attach the 2 together. Wasn't hard, just not sure if I attached some of the pieces in the right order haha. Its been a month now, so I think we're good (: Overall Im really happy with my experience & love my new Chair :D
