I still haven’t received my online order over a week later despite paying for express delivery. I have been on live chats and sent emails to Skechers and have had no satisfaction and no updates as to where my shoes are. The Skechers live chat team just want to fob you off. Never again.

Backs of Slip ons definitely not as solid as my other pair I have. Really disappointed with this as I am waiting for hip surgery and can’t get the new pair on without back of shoe crushing in. Contacted sketchers and was told because they are not the same as my last pair the slip on technology is different, so why advertise them as slip ons. All I wantred to know was what the typical battery life was for the light up shoes, because the shoes were ON the entire time from NSW to QLD, lighting up with every bump/movement and using/draining the battery.

Highly disappointed with the shoes and the customer service. They’re less than five months old and the soles are already worn through—despite only being used indoors. When I contacted customer service, I was told the issue wasn’t with the shoe but with the way I wore them. it was out of stock and said I’d get a refund. Complete waste of time.

Second order – I ordered another pair of shoes online and waited three weeks. After sending multiple follow-up emails, I was finally told the item had gone missing. They refunded me but deducted the shipping fee, which I find unacceptable. Why should the customer bear the cost when the mistake was on their end?

No proper follow-up, no apology, and no accountability. Extremely poor system and even worse customer support. Very disappointed.

kept going, causing several nasty falls and bruises on the knees, legs and elbows. Not to mention the embarrassment of trying to haul my 76yo body back to a standing position…. I also had several falls while wearing them, which has never happened with other shoes. Have since read this happens because of the extra soft “memory foam” soles. I sent a similar review to Skechers but received no reply.

 Follow-up  · I was unable to return them as I had worn them four times and after the fourth mishap I put them in a cupboard never to be worn again. I couldn’t even give them away as I didn’t want anyone else to fall and injure themselves. Can’t comment on durability but they felt comfortable on (as long as I didn’t try to walk in them). Skechers must be overwhelmed with complaints as I still haven’t had a reply from them!

They offered constructive advice with every pair I tried on (and I did try on a few different styles) and am extremely happy with what I got. I also go a $20.00 gift card which was unexpected through an email from them as a loyalty thing. Very impressive and the store was clean, well laid out and staff were all great in every way possible. Due to the fact that you use Australia Post/Trackfast for deliveries, and due to the fact that they do not use doorbells, I will NOT be making another purchase until this situation changes. I received notification that delivery failed, even though I was home all day. Now I am of to the post office to find my shoes. Hardly a great online purchase. Your online business may need a review.

Think again when buying Sketchers shoes online from their web site. I have tried to purchase the same shoes twice and both times the incorrect shoes were sent. I have returned both times and received a refund for the shoes but not for the $15 delivery charge both times. The description online and on the box says one thing and the shoes delivered in the box are different so it's my fault - cop the $30 out of pocket.

saying that they are not.

If you buy online and have to return, even due to their error, you have to pay for shipping. I like the shoes but it's really just not worth the trouble.

sending it then and apologising they instantly cancelled the order and issued a refund, I said I wanted the order and they sent the link to their website and said feel free to order, after this experience I didn’t trust doing another order so instead they lost half the business as a store close to us had one of the shoes in stock so they got that order, even though when I went to purchase them they looked and the picture on my phone and instantly said don’t have them in stock, I said the website says you do, and when they checked they had the exact size I wanted, didn’t even ask what size before trying to tell me no. So I still was able to purchase the cheapest pair in person for a family member but wasn’t able to purchase for myself as I didn’t want to venture into the city for a pair of shoes, this was their chance to get my business back as I am really tough on shoes and wanted to give them another go but now they miss out.

Ordered two pairs of shoes, they put in one bag and sent to me. Startrack couldn't deliver it as Skechers accidentally put two different tracking labels on the one parcel.. Startrack held it and contacted the sender (skechers) to confirm where they should deliver it... After 2 weeks startrack/auspost said they still couldn't get the delivery… Read more

center to respond to their emails... My parcel is in limbo, stuck in the startrack delivery center being held while skechers ignore them..

Very frustrating as I talk to skechers and they blame me or startrack i.e. that my deliver address was not deliverable to (which startrack say was NOT the problem) and not listening to me that it is being held i.e. that startrack launched an investigation and are holding it waiting on their response.

No shoes, no refunds and just waiting on skechers to stop giving me canned/standard responses and take responsibility for their mistake.. Will leave another week and launch a dispute through my credit card company, all could be avoided if skechers had basic customer service and actually responded to the startrack case...

On a side note startrack have been really good, keeping me informed about their lack of progress with skechers, even calling me to explain the issue.

When checking the website again, I could still place another order as it shows what stores have them for delivery, yet no solution, other than to go into the store, which I can't do as I have a badly injured knee.
