Double payment taken for a modem, broken modem the first time. Had to fight with someone to get a refund for the time from when you couldn't offer the internet. refunded that. It has all been applied for. You haven't done it. I will be going to the ombudsman tomorrow morning. High speeds are great, customer service is shocking.

Worst internet provider experience – If I could rate a 0 I would. WORST DECISION EVER GOING WITH SKY MESH. They have been nothing but cause issues throughout. Even after cancelling my service I’ve been charged TWO MONTHS ON because of “invoicing errors”. Save your time and get Starlink. Show details

Avoid like the plague After spending 3+ hours on the support phone for a client of Skymesh - only to be hung up on once starting to talk to a rep, rang back and waited in line for over another hour only to be hung up on due to out of business hours. Their chat service is worse BTW - "[Name Removed]" had no idea and recommended I phone their support number! Show details

Poor speeds with 100% latency – Absolutely not what I was told by the sales rep. The speeds are not what is advertised, at all. 1080p on youtube, forget it! Online gaming, Not a chance! Latency is 100% and that is pretty bad. Ping for an asian server 500..I have since cancelled my plan and now have to find someone else who can actually provide what they say...I reckon I might find a one eyed pig that grants wishes first! Show details

Appalling and Amateur - Avoid this company – If I could rate them lower I would. I called them 6/5/2024 to change from my current internet provider. I asked if I could use my current modem(told them who I was with and the modem) and what the process was. Told me it would all be transferred seamlessly, it would take 2 days. confirmation emails, they disconnected my internet at 2pm. No notification or confirmation of service or any other details. I called their tech support, on hold for 1 hour 45 mins, spent another 1 hour with a so called tech support. First they said it was ready and as a one off they would help reconfigure my modem, then they said the modem wasn't compatible, then they checked and my service wasn't connected at all and had to cancel the order and reorder the service as it wasn't done properly, it would take 72 hours and I needed to buy their modem. No one to escalate to. I've cancelled my order. Left without internet as I couldn't reconnect back to my existing service. I chose them as they were recommended and an Australian company, resulted in the worst experience I've ever had. I'm not calling it service as I received none! This company is a bad joke.

They took your money even you cancel tye service – I have spent countless times trying to get through to accounts to cancel my subscription but no one ever answers the phone or returns my emails. When I finally got through to someone he said he would cancel the service and credit amount taken, no joy they still took out another payment and do not appear to have cancelled the service. They are quick to sing you up but don't want to speak with you once you have to cancel! The worst ever. Show details

An absolute joke – The skymesh service is a joke. 4+hrs on hold to talk to tech support only to be told they can't do anything. We were averaging 70gb a month for 4 years through our previous provided which somehow has jumped to over 100gb in 20 day's. The phone operators don't even know their complaints process. Worst service ever. Hold times just ridiculous. Do not bother – I have signed up with skymesh nbn and it has been nothing but a nightmare. It still isn't connected. I have requested service ticket, call backs, emailed and called and have spent over a week trying to get on hold. for hours and hours to speak to someone which I did to then only have them hang up or line cut out then you don't even get a call back. So you have to go through whole process again.

They are more then happy to send my bill and make sure I pay that on time. Which I won't until I actually get it working.

up being on hold for over 1hr, which I don't have the time for. The internet connection is so unreliable and slow it's almost impossible to work from home. It has dropped in speed and reliability over the past few months to the point where it's hardly a connection at all. They still get their monthly fee on time each time and in return I don't get anything. Unfortunately they know we don't have an alternative provider where we are and they use this knowledge to their advantage. As soon as there is an alternative, we will change straight away. Absolutely not to recommend.

Unreliable Service and Non-existent Customer Support – 26/03 - NBN service "accidentally" disconnected by Skymesh 27/03 - NBN is back online by the next day after calling the call centre 5/04 - NBN service is "accidentally" disconnected again 6/04 - 16/04 and beyond - this time the service is unable to be put back online. Almost daily phone calls to different Skymesh reps who claim the service will be… Read more

back online the next day. However, the service never comes back online and we are never called to be told otherwise. It is clear the issues with the call centre is systemic given the amount of times/reps we've had issues with. It lacks accountability for solving issues and each rep doesn't do what they say they'll do (i.e. call you back or follow up with NBN) which adds to the frustration. Yes, understood there are 3rd parties involved in setting up a connection but ultimately Skymesh should be accountable and not require the customer to call daily before anything happens. In fact the last rep told me they "can't guarantee what other staff members will do" when I asked if I could be advised when an NBN tech would be coming, showing a lack of basic processes expected from such a company. Don't let the Australia based call centre fool you into thinking you are getting better service, as its certainly not the case. Much better service available elsewhere at even lower cost providers (even Exetel has better customer support).
