Misleading & False Advertising – I had a really bad experience after ordering the product. They convince you to purchase, then don't help after they take your money. I've finished the whole process now and have informed them it has not worked and they have refused to help. the mail containing them, they've told me they're now unable to ship to Australia due to government restrictions! Super suspicious and I've already reported them to the ACCC. Don't waste your money like I did and pay the extra for a real dentist!

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE – Aligners never fit like its made for someone else mouth. Was sent replacement that took 4 months but also doesnt fit even after having dentist review the 3R scan again. Also their customer service hang up on me twice after trying to cancel and ask for refund and stop direct debit to my account. I called them and only one girl keeps getting my call (named April).DO NOT USE SMILE DIRECT CLUB. Its a waste of time, money and energy.

I was a little nervous as straightening my teeth is something I have always wanted but the whole process was simple and informative. I should receive my alligners in a few months and am SUPER excited! It's too early to say whether this will work but I can't fault the staff at North Sydney.

Professional, fun and quick – The staff were positive and engaging. The scanning of the teeth is really interesting and I am fascinated by the business model.
