I was given a smith + noble Luminous 5 piece copper base Cookware set For christmas as gift, and the 18cm glass lid on the saucepan, exploded, while I still had the potatoes in the pan. The glass was on top of the stove, And benchtop, and on the floor, what a surprise, and extremely dangerous. I am making a enquiry as to my options. I notied that the lids are not under warranty? I would like to know how do I go about replacing the 18cm glass lid. Also if there is a problem with the glass lids, should I return the saucepan set?
