- ABSOLUTELY DO NOT go to Kotara. The staff member there named [Name Removed], instead of greeting us or finding out what we were there for, instead chastised us for sitting on the beds and trying them out! If you can't try out how the bedframes feel in a physical store, you might as well purchase online somewhere else and save yourself thousands, which we have now done! So thanks [Name Removed] for saving us thousands!

Mold on our mattress when delivered – In store service was great and helpful at the Bennett's Green Store and the deal we got was pretty great for a super king mattress which is why there's an extra star in the review. were off work. Luckily we were there as the delivery drivers were just going to leave a brand new mattress that had mold all over it. The mattress will now have to be left outside during the day of delivery as neither of us will be home.

I have been assured that this will be rectified, but we will have been without our bed for 2 weeks and i would have thought mold all over a mattress would have been picked up prior to delivery. Hopefully the delivery next week doesn't have the same issues.

served by a nice enough young guy who gave us a price that we thought was reasonable for a bed that we though was comfortable, at that point historically we would have just said yes and ordered it (we’re normally a push over when happy) but said thanks and walked out. I said to my wife, let's pop over to Snooze and see what they have... Walked in laid on a few beds the store was fairly busy, looked at the prices and they seemed to be more expensive than Harvey Norman, we would have been there for less than 5 minutes and one of your employees Lucas approached us after he finished with the couple he was looking after. Instantly we were impressed with his manor, level of genuine interest and a great explanation of the process to get us onto a bed that was right. He was open about what parts of the buying process was important to us, he worked out our buying priorities and went straight to work to meet our needs. We turned from push over buyers to really getting what we wanted because of Lucas’s patients, we tried at about 5-6 beds after we did the lay down test bed until we found the perfect bed. Many times my wife would say, “yes this one is nice” and Lucas said on a number of occasions “no, I’m not convinced you’re happy enough, come and try this one” and we did this until we found the one we were extremely happy with and purchased it… A couple of points to mention, I mentioned our budget, he instantly recognised this as a strong buying sign he worked out a solution including bedhead to achieve that budget. In fact I spent $500 more then ever intended all due to Lucas’s manor and want to please. I could see there was training on the sales process and the transition of customer to meet objectives and I was waiting for the big “Close” but congratulation to you and your management that I never felt under any pressure and the process was implemented perfectly by Lucas, I genuinely felt like he wanted what was best for us (we all least my wife, you know happy wife, happy life right :) ) I’d also like to acknowledge the friendly additional service from Jason and I’m extremely embarrassed that I didn’t get the English Ladies name but they were all fantastic! Again Craig, congratulations you you and your management team on creating such a nice buying environment and I will be very happily recommending your store to any of my friends that I hear are in the market.

My chiropractor kept telling me to get rid of my mattress, we were kidding ourselves trying to deny it was the mattress after spending $2200. I then approached Snooze in regards to this & to my astonishment the staff Chris & Holly were amazing, their attitude towards positive feed back welcomed, I had my mind set to right them off completely & purchase a bed from else where. Due to there listening & understanding they allowed me to purchase a bed without trying to sell me anything or advising me to another recommended mattress for I am only 74kg. Without doubt I chose the firmest bed in the shop (not usually recommended. After only 1 week my pain & stiffness has subsided & everyday I am repairing. We both look forward to sleeping on our bed again. For my partner has spent more time in the past 2yrs on the lounge & in our kids bed than in ours. with the progress of its arrival in the warehouse, when delivery would be made and I was veg happy when it arrived earlier than expected. Kristie even offered to hold it in the warehouse if we weren’t ready!

We were given a delivery estimate between 10-1 and the drivers noticed us when they were half an hour away.

Over all the communication was impeccable and the quality of the bed is great, we know it was money well spent on a quality product that will last years to come.
