completely ignored. The pillow I wanted to ask about before buying retails for over $200 so not a basic purchase. After trying to speak to someone for 15 minutes I gave up, left and went to Spotlight.

Extremely satisfied with service | Instructions left a little to be desired | Bed's pretty damn good though! – Spoke to Ryan. wrong bags. For example: A bag with 15x 8mm screws, contained a 12mm screw instead.

The instructions were relatively clear, however some of the screws and bolts don't match the items on the manifest, compared to the instructions themselves.

My ONLY complaint about the Bed, is the light emitted by the power button on the shelf being too bright - so much so I intend to disconnect it.

I bought this Bed during the Black Friday sales for roughly $1,599, which given the build quality I consider to be a great value.

Delivery guys we're nice, the bed head was upside down but that wasn't a deal breaker.

The mattress is a replacement for our 10 year old mattress and the difference is amazing. No more lumps and bumps and we now actually get a great nights sleep and don't wake up feeling like a train wreck !

The Slumberland queen bed is for our son who is growing so fast ( 6'2" at 15 !) he has outgrown his king single. He loves the new bed and the extra space he now has means he sleeps a lot better.

Elkin made the whole process seamless by organising for everything to be delivered at one time. There was 3 week wait on one of the items but this was no problem for us. Elkin suggested that we use the delivery and install service to make things as easy as possible. This turned out be a great suggestion as the mattresses and the bed setting were quite heavy and it would have been very difficult to get upstairs at our house. The delivery guys were great and did a fantastic job to get everything up our very narrow staircase. It was very close as to whether they would make it up or not. The fact that it was also a 40+ deg C day do not make it any easier ! The delivery guys assembled the bed setting and put all the mattresses in place and the took away all of the cardboard and plastic packaging. This was perfect, nothing to clean-up and no rubbish to get rid of.

A quick tip - make sure you double check how much room you have to get things in if you have a narrow staircase. We only just squeezed our queen mattresses up and there is no way we would get king size in !

All up very happy with our purchase from Snooze and the overall service we received was fabulous.

Deceitful and Dishonest – In October 2017 Snooze Castle Hill had a promotion of, buy a queen or king size for the price of a single. question my husband and I went into Snooze Castle Hill and were approached by a sales assistant with whom we discussed what we were looking for and that they had a sale on where you got an upsize for the price of a single. It wasn't until later that I realized we had in fact paid $1330.00 for the slumberland bed base. Because, there was an issue following delivery I returned to the Snooze Castle Hill and raised my issue and was told that the slumberland bed base doesn't come in a single so there was no upsale!!! However, on the day we bought the bed base the sales assistant at no time mentioned that. Had she we would have looked at something else or gone somewhere else!!!! I believe that it was deceitful and dishonest of the store/sales assistant, the promotion is just a ploy to get you into the store and that the prices are staged accordingly. I will NEVER shop there again and will also be telling anyone that wants to listen.

I should (so I'm not too scathing) also say that the delivery guys were fantastic young men and that my son does like the mattress.

Poor communication and not customer centric- delivery of goods – I received a message stating that the three pieces of furniture I ordered online could be picked up. They informed me that the warehouse is closed on weekends when I went to pick up the merchandise. Upon receiving the message, I called, but there was no indication that weekends were unavailable or that there were only three weekdays available… Read more

for pickup. Had I known this, my plans would have been different. Staff got defensive and said, "Snooze can't afford to have warehouse manned for 7 days a week, when i presented the staff with the feedback. I understand company’s not able to afford to have warehouse open 7 days a week, but should be able to have it open at least few hours on Saturdays. Now I have to take a day off from my work to get this product picked up. Very poor customer centric approach.

Elevation Framed Headboard & Manual Gas Lift Base - Foul smell of the fabric that doesn't go even after months! – We bought the Elevation Framed Headboard & Manual Gas Lift Base Queen size and the fabric gives a strong pungent smell. We tried opening windows and it's been almost 3 months and though the smell has reduced, it hasn't gone away completely yet. It's so bad that it gives us a headache so we rarely use the bedroom :( Don't recommend anyone to buy it, though the base and the lift is made really well. Show details

He explained the differences in the designs and mechanics, and also gave us the time and space to just lay on each one to test them out and hop between options to compare.
