then the other end starts bulging and then the mattress starts to warp out of shape. This mattress was so unstable that when places up against a wall it caved in and could just about fold it in half. I literally had to buy a cheap mattress from Kmart to see me through to get the issues with the sleep Tailor sorted and save for the cleaning money. To return for inspection I had to pay $200 for the mattress to be cleaned and sanitized. Mattress was picked up for inspection and returned completely repaired despite me stating that the issues constitute as major faults and under consumer law I'm entitled to a refund. According to the report the only issue was one wall end was slightly detached and needed glueing (minor fault). There is no way something that small and minor that causes a mattress to just about collapse on itself be considered a minor fault. Mattress has returned completely straight and firm. Reality is they've done a little more fixing and filling because it's cheaper than refunded my money. As a disabled person living off disability in a cost of living crisis I'm now down $2600 ($200 for cleaning) and paying off this debt. Avoid this mattress and company unless you want to be put through the ringer. Save yourself the pain and money and buy a Kmart mattress.

It was delivered to our house and from the very first night that we slept on it, my husband started getting a very sore neck. He was also having trouble changing position in bed as he felt as if he had to 'climb out' of the mattress to roll over. We didn't realise at the time in the shop but we had purchased a soft plush mattress which was not appropriate for my husband.

We called Russell from the store and told him our situation. He asked that we sleep on it for a full 3 weeks as there is always an adjustment period with a new mattress. We did this and my husband was still having problems sleeping on it. He even had to sleep in the spare bed for part of the 3 weeks because he was so sleep deprived. We called Russell back after the adjustment period and told him our story. He was so helpful in finding a solution for us. He told us that customer service was very important to him and he wanted to make sure that we were happy. He was very understanding and suggested that we try a couple of different mattresses to see which one was most suitable.

The end result was that he took back the mattress that we were not happy with and replaced it with a brand new mattress delivered to our house. He called a few days later to check if we were happy with our replacement - which we are!

We would not hesitate to recommend buying a mattress from Snooze Capalaba. Russell and his team are very professional and Russell prides himself on his customer service, which is second to none. We will certainly be going back to the store in the future if we need to buy something more and we will be telling our family and friends to do the same.

Several weeks later the store contacted me to advise that there was a manufacturer delay; and due to being heavily pregnant, they organised a free delivery for me. The delivery was on time and just as promised. Unfortunately there was a manufacturing issue that we only noticed when the bed was assembled, and upon contacting the store they immediately organised a replacement.

The entire purchase has been easy and stress free - and even when faced with issues, the staff addressed everything and gone above and beyond. Great family run store - can't recommend their service enough. (Especially Kyle) And my daughter loves her new bed!

for immediate delivery but as they had no King size mattress in stock I had to wait until the following day so he showed me mattresses he knew could get delivered in the morning - not easy because it was already 3pm - but he made the call and pleaded for my chosen mattress to be added the the next delivery. He called me in the morning when it arrived at the store and true to his word he delivered my beautiful new mattress and frame the next afternoon.Only one night spent on the lounge. having to order a new mattress as well as purchase a bed in a box to put on the floor to get through until new bed arrived. Noel not only sold ne a quality Sealy mattress that was over 1000 dollars cheaper than anywhere else. He went out of his way to find me stock that after noon and delivered that afternoon carried up the stairs for me . Ten Star Rating if possible – We spent a lot of time deciding on our bed frame and bed but ultimately could not be happier. The staff were so patient and helpful. On the morning of the delivery date the company contacted me and gave me a specific time of delivery. I am happy to say that they turned up exactly on the nominated time ! After choosing and paying, we were kept informed as to when delivery was likely to occur, then the day before were given a two hour window for delivery, which was awesome (most deliveries only seem to specify morning or afternoon, so you are left hanging around for hours) When a slight misunderstanding occurred (most likely our fault), Russell did everything he could to rectify it, going above and beyond what I would have expected of a retailer.
