Best bedding store in SA – I took my grandson to Gepps Cross looking for a bed for him. several single and king single beds. She encouraged my grandson to try out several beds and mattresses which he did - a couple he tried twice to compare the mattresses. With Alexandra's help, my grandson chose the colour of the bed head he wanted. It was refreshing to be served by someone who did not try to sell me a particular product, or try to get me to spend more than I could afford. I asked if the bed could be delivered by the end of March. This request was duly noted. Over the following weeks, I made regular instalments and was always greeted cheerfully by all staff working there. Today the bed was delivered. I cannot speak highly enough of Alexandra and all the staff I encountered at Snooze. The delivery staff today were courteous and delivered within the expected time frame. I highly recommend Snooze at Gepps Cross to anyone wanting to buy beds. The staff at Snooze are professional, sincere and knowledgeable and a real pleasure to deal with. even considered and I left with a better understanding of what information I needed before making any purchase. She followed up very promptly with a quote too. Upon returning to Gepps Cross, I was met by Sonia - a very cheerful saleswoman, who continued where Alex left off. Her honesty and ability to move between customers was exceptional - which left me to do my final measurements and not be pressured into making a purchase. When it came time to make a purchase, Sonia went through all the fine print and ensured that I understood everything. This was greatly appreciated and Thank You to both Alex & Sonia. I will be returning to this store for sure and highly recommend Snooze Gepps Cross.

Perfect customer service! – I, initially, found what I had identified as a slightly better mattress at a bit more of a cost at a nearby competitor. Snooze at Gepps Cross was initially competitive in both product quality, type and pricing. I ended up getting a quote from the competitor and arranged with them that I would purchase and collect the mattress the next day. I… Read more

called the competitor the next morning to ensure they had the mattress in stock to purchase and collect, hired a trailer and went to collect it. I found, once I arrived, that the staff of this competitor do not know how to tell the truth - they had no stock of the mattress. After submitting a complaint to the competitor's head office, I received a series of messages over the following week from the store owner stating that it was all my fault and their staff hadn't done anything wrong...

I gave up on that business and contacted Snooze at Gepps Cross instead, expecting to have to wade through more manure to finally get a mattress. Instead, I had the pleasure of dealing with Brenton! Brenton was a thorough. reliable, customer-orientated professional. who organised immediate availability and purchase of the mattress I sought and then went out of their way to being really competitive on pricing and accessories.

I have no idea whether the mattress itself will be any good, as only time will tell, yet when the customer service is good to start with, it bodes well for organising any warranty issues which may crop up in the future.

We were served by Gary, knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. We used their simulator, he took us straight to 2 products, within our price range, no over selling. We've had the mattress for 2 weeks now and are very happy with the choice. Delivery was quick, 1 week. We received a call to confirm availability. They arrived when they said they would. We recently purchased the Platinum Luxe KS 2 Mattress from Gepps Cross. Wade was really helpful and informative which made our decision to purchase this mattress pretty easy! STAY CLEAR! – STAY CLEAR! Absolutely horrible experience. We purchased a very expensive mattress which failed after 2 years. The fine print is to repair your mattress, not replace it. Who wants a faulty mattress?! My neck and back have never been worse. Show details

Wouldn't recommend – The sales person convinced us to purchase a my side mattress which we felt was quite soft, but she recommended from the pressure test and said we would adapt to it after a few months.
