we were able to assess whether we were fine with the one we had chosen: we were given plenty of space and time to do this, not overcrowded, and this was much appreciated. In the end, we bought the bedside tables as well and had the whole setting delivered and set up within a week (we're about 3 hours from Launceston, so this was excellent). The bed itself was very simple to set up - I managed it alone in a couple of hours - and we're really pleased with how solid, well-made, attractive and comfortable the bed is. Excellent product, diverse product range and very helpful service, so a good experience all round.

Great advice, service and product – In store purchase. Went looking for a mattress topper to find some comfort from a hard mattress. Spoke to Sofie. what we intended, but now we have it, WOW! Absolutely marvellous feeling going to bed. My wife has chronic back and hip pain and this bed made a lot of difference. Sofie's service and attention to our issues was just brilliant. When I went back weeks later to buy more linen, she remembered me by name, which make s a customer feel special. Great service once again! – Went in the Snooze Launceston store again earlier this week to purchase beds & mattresses for our guest bedroom this time. Slumberland mattresses and 2 Midnight Blue QS bases and to make sure I have good value for my purchase in the long run, she also advised me to get 2 of their Bamboo Jersey mattress protectors.

Today our purchases were delivered by Andrew, who remembers me from the last delivery he did to our place earlier this year; which I thought was very nice and made me feel good about choosing Snooze again. He and his colleague did all the heavy lifting and setting up of the beds, which I was very grateful for.

So once again, very happy with the service and the our purchase and I would highly recommend them over and over again! :-)

Less than satisfied – The staff were helpful up until the moment they were informed that there had been a mistake with the order, which is when everyone including the managers will deny any problems and blame the customers. that we needed a mattress that was not hot to sleep on. Customer satisfaction guarantee does not apply at Snooze Launceston. We have since discovered that there are other stores in Launceston that will exchange mattress if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase.

Beautiful bed – Purchased bed frame and bedside tables. Lovely product, sturdy and what I was after. Staff did a good job and were accommodating to delivery/pickup options.
