Terrible experience – Promised a date for pickup. Asking me came before I finish work . So I take early leave of my work , arranged a truck and labour. Out of convenience at the time, we ordered at the Springvale store, where the service was good, and I gave them our pricing which they slightly improved upon, but when asked about the free noted mattress covers, it was implied what was offered was not waterproof or of quality and proceeded to upsell the covers, eliminating the savings gained. I was disappointed with this tactic and wished I’d just gone back to Moorabbin! The products themselves are great - they were delivered a couple of days later than expected due to availability and the delivery guys were very polite and helpful. An extra $80 was payable to them as delivery is outsourced. The setup was done by us, and easy to follow instructions made it an easy job .. but two people needed. The mattresses are very comfortable & supportive whilst the Paddington bed frame is stylish! Next purchase will be back at Moorabbin!

Worst experience getting items delivered – Had the worst experience in getting things delivered. We bought a bed, bed frame along with the headboard and was promised delivery within the next week. There was no delivery and we called up to get an update. Was promised delivery following week and again no update. After calling multiple times managed to get delivery planned for Saturday. delivery guys asked for extra charges to deliver which wasn't what they promised while buying. We had to call a few times to get this issue sorted. On delivery day, didn't get the headboard as delivery guys missed to pick it up and was promised it would be delivered on next Monday. But there was no delivery or call; on calling up on Wednesday they said they are fully booked for the week and even a refund is not possible without cancellation charges. While selling they will promise a lot of things, but things change once the payment is done. The store customer service while buying is good, but it ends there.

Professional Service and outstanding Customer Service – Alan was an excellent sales member, and he listened to our needs. He gave us a few choices, showing the features of each product. He was professional and well presented and offered to write down the sizes and prices for us to consider. We had been to 4 stores in the centre, and Alan was by far the best in his level of service excellence. We decided to purchase from Alan even though Harvey Norman was slightly cheaper. Show reply
